Thankyou everyone for such adoring comments. I really hope he does sell well for he needs to pay for the supplies to make him! I’m just going out to get a proper glue to set his eyes back in perfectly and then take some better photographs for ebay now that the sun is out. He should be up for bids late today!!!

No time to make a good description. I’m gone for a few days to an anime convention, but I’ll be back to answer all your questions. This guy will go up on Ebay!

He’s much greener, but I don’t have any sunlight to show that so better pics will go up later. There’s violet interference on his neck and on the back of his wings and blue/green on the white crest while gold on the wings.

Sorry I couldn’t get those pics edited in time. He looks good though.

I would imagine the larger the better and if you could provide shots from several different angles that would be an enormus help as well.

Well, the thing is, I take pictures at 3072 X 2048 pixels, and some computers die trying to load something that big. So knowing her bite limit helps. And yes, I got as many angles as I could focus on :3

Hey, wow, I never knew these guys had feathers in their tails! How oblivious of me *dumb*

What’s the biggest image size your computer can handle? I’ve got my griffin ready for the camera.

Oh wow I love those greens/blues and golds; a composition pleasing to the eye. Are there interferences?

The feathers on everglade are, indeed, bonkers! I gotta say though…the wings on wintergreen are freaking awesome. I just wanna lick both of them, they look so lush.

I love the idea of green griffins too. Have you done any other unsual griffin colors?

Not any that have been beyond concept sccribbles. These are my very first PYO’s, but I’ve got some wild ones ready for paint when I make my next order 😀 But that doesn’t happen until I make my first PYO sale.

—-To all who are asking yes these will be up for sale on ebay when complete (does anyone ever read the text in the first post anymore???).

Holes? O_o where are the holes? I haven’t seen a unicorn PYO myself, but that’s the first time I’ve heard that (maybe some pictures if people say it’s not good?)

LOL, this is why I didn’t want to show these guys until they were nearly done. The Everglade’s cat half only has the base color so far, he’s getting wolf-like detail with way more darks and lights. And Wintergreen will have plenty of wing markings as well, I’m just trying to get his blending underneathe perfect.

Thanks for your votes and comments guys! Now I know who to work on the most X3

It’s taking me forever to complete my very first PYO’s, yet Koishii kept bugging me to show them even though they look embarrasing as WIP’s. Everglade would have been finnished by now if I hadn’t started the other, but who can stay sane focusing on just one PYO for hours on end when you’ve got more on the side. So I want to know: which one you guys want to see finnished first? Everglade is more complete than the Wintergreen. He has a bit of interference on him in places, but I haven’t even started on his back end.

These two will go up for sale/auction when finnished. They are completely brush painted with Delta and Golden acrylics with iridescents and interferences alike. Really messy at the moment, but tender loving care is being put into painstaking details.

Nuke (char in my sig) will always be my spirit’s form, but for a windstone I’d be a hippogriff, I love to gallop straight out over the ground and pulse the heights of heaven beneathe my wings, and being higher on the food chain XD Or a winged wolf, Koishii painted a very good representation of that.

Hot damn that’s a lot of windstones *feels ashamed in taking over three weeks on her first and hardly done* Composition-wise 7, 13, and 18 take the cake.

Oh my O__O Koishii those photos are BEAUTIFUL! The first one absolutely took my breath away. You made him look so majestic looking it makes me want one XD

High offer is 80 right now. THe effect with the slight blur in my pics is an irritating problem with my digital camera….it has auto-focus and it’s not working as well as it used to. i wish I knew how to fix it…

    oooo I like this one.
Does your digital camera have an mode option switch (usually a cricle dial on the top)? If so turn to the flower icon or the mode representing close shots. Placing the sculpture in sunlight and stepping further away while zooming in helps quality a lot as well.
