I thought, since i has seen a few who like to take interesting photos of thier windstones that are so artful, why not make a thread for windstone photography where we can share the different photographs we take of our windstones. outside, in groups, portraits.

        Here is my first one:
        Babysitting.
Ruby rests while she is babysiting Kunon and Shimohi(who look like they are plotting something)

My cam is a simple point and shoot. the key is not always the camera, but knowing your lighting and camera settings. I also use a tripod.

That’s my problem. I have horribly shaky hands. Sometimes if my hands have slowed down enough I can get good shots of small sculpts, but I want to get a tripod someday for my sculptures. :

Your photos are brilliant! They have awesome lighting! πŸ˜€

YesYes, I tripod is best, and it doesn’t have to be a fancy one eather. If you do not have a tripod, pile books on boxes and set to take your photo on the table or on the floor. try to make your camera almost leval with what you are taking photos of, it will make it easier.

                      here are some more photos:

How do you get the background so back with the dragon so light?

Beautiful pics!! My camera is really cheap, so there is no way I would get any really good pics, but I may try when I upgrade.
