I fully agree that Melody should not have to stress over picking a monthly raffle prize…and I will always agree that any prize is special simply because SHE chooses to gift it…As far as what it is? That should be entirely up to her. I do not know about most of you, BUT, I rely upon a gut feeling, or a pull on the heart strings, something along those lines when I am considering options. I would hope that Melody has those same “feelings” to rely upon when picking a prize & that she is not running around stressing over what to choose.
As far as entering, I try not to enter unless the prize “speaks” to me in some way (and NO I do not hear the little voices in my head, 😀 , though sometimes I wish I would, I could blame them for the dumb things that go wrong…)
That way it will be one less for the person who really would like to own the prize…of course I know now that if I were to win something that did not “speak” (I swear I really do not hear the little voices in my head,) to me, I may offer it to another who really would enjoy owning it.
This is still not reason enough to enter every raffle…That said (by me the human and not those little voices 😈 )
I would love the MYSTERY Raffle!
Knowing that it COULD be a Dragon, even a MAN-GENTA OLD WARRIOR ???? squeek* squeek* squeek*
(Paint it Pink needs to get busy with those t-shirts and bumper stickers, 😆 )I would enter and THEN, the prize becomes a possibility for re-gifting to another who would cherish it…(Be quiet little voices, I am doing the best I can…) Back to reality, a Mystery Raffle would be very cool…even more reality, would I actually win???
A snowballs chance in hell, would be the answer… 😆
Great pics TDM! I see that wonderful brain was at it again! 😀
Dragon, MEOW!!!
PLEASE???? squeek*
A patina OW would be a MUST HAVE for me as well, said as I am digging for gold in my husband’s pocket…
squeek*
Oh that is one way cool & freaky video, Ruffian!
Great job!
In the years past the adults got to hide in the blackness of the country, my husband and his sister have split 17 acres and let me tell you it is black out here. No light & utter silence… The only downfall is the full moon…when it is time.
We would hide and all the children rode in the wagon, we would jump out and scare them wearing various costumes, the whole path was lined with fishing line dangling from the trees, like you are going under spider webs and at the end is a witches big black stock pot brewing (fog machine) while an adult has dressed for the part and is sitting in a rocker waiting to give away candy…It is actually the suspence and the unknown that gets them… 😆
It was a nice time, my nephew’s birthday is late October and that was his party…Now he’s older and everyone has basically grown out of being scared…
Now we just put out the “Great Pumpkin” blowup and I decorate the house with cool stuffs…& afterwards I put up the ghastly items and leave the colors out for Thanksgiving…
I miss scaring those kids… 😀

Welcome to the Forum!
Hello and welcome to you!
OH BOY! I have found CATURDAY!
Did not know about this topic…duh, need to wander more I guess…
Introducing one of my younger kittys…Rascal – his name should say it all…enjoy!
I apologize as well, sqeaking to meowing…forgive us Melody, back to sqeaking… squeek*
Hope everyone is “weathering” well…
We have a cool chilly rain today here in the sandhills of NC and the temp is about 49 and yesterday was sunny and 76! Big changes…
Haying the horses this morning sucked, I hate heavy wet hay…we go through about 3, 1000 lb round bales in a weeks time. So no matter the wetness, it gets used quick like, LOL!
I am lucky, the farmer lives less thank 1 mile from us and he stores all my hay in his HUGE shelter…
Take care everyone!
and yes, I have plastic over my leather…Siggy’s claws do not retract, it is extra protection. You should see how thick the comforter is on the water bed, and yes, we live our lives around his, 😆
