Dogs owner just came forward, they might not like the vet bill but they should not have let her get away with no ID! I hope they take her back, there seems to be some question. I have to wonder, why is there even a question??? She still might be coming home with me!

I own a Painted Perlino with Icy Blue Eyes…she seems to be allergic to sun in her eyes. I keep a fly mask on her during the longer days of summer, just a hint of UV and she’s running yellow liquid and her eyes swell shut. I found her in a large pasture, not a tree in site…poor baby. Now her life is spent in a completely shaded area. I will get you pics…
Welcome and yes, very addicting!

My sister’s place of business and the hit and run happened outside their office. Her co-worker Rick, ran to save the dog from being hit multiple times and actually hauled her to the vet’s…oh well go visit the site, read the story and if you cannot help, then please spread the word to those who might…
I am going to visit with Honey to see if she would like to come home with us…if she can take the other 3 dogs, 5 cats, 2 fish, 20 horses & all the guineas…LOL! Might be asking a lot from her, but we shall see.
Good thoughts heading your way as well from all of my family! I have not been paid in two weeks but we are still working, there is money coming in, just aint got here yet! Oh the pain!
I do want to again, say THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT HUGS AND THOUGHTS. I have had my hands full and now all is better…back at work, waiting on the next doc appt, nothing bad to report BUT his cardi doc was surprised to find NO BLOCKAGES, and has sent him to a Gastrointerologist for endoscopic (down the throat) views to find the source of his chest pains, & shortness of breath. Which I was educated to find that the nitro will relieve esophagus spasms and other soft muscle organs???? Did not know that…
We are off on the fact gathering of what’s ailing him and I am strong once again…
THANK YOU!
He’s back!
BP not too good but he’s here in the room with me and we are watching bp every 10 minutes…
THANK YOU FOR THE HUGS, THOUGHTS AND THE SUPPORT!
Crazy, I am on the Internet, in the hospital, in his room…watching him snooze and damn glad to have him snoring!
Thank you so very much, I think I am suffering from “Posters Remorse”, LOL! Just trying to stay UPBEAT! It is about time to go home from work. He takes me and picks me up, part of that semi-traditional man thing…so off we go!
Close your eyes, I am giving you a big hug!
Normally I would not send this into the Forum BUT, I need to rant, vent and let it out before tomorrow…not seeking attention, just need to get it out where my hubby and son will never see…
My husband, James, experienced pretty intense chest pains two weeks ago and did not let us, his family, know of these pains. We own a a horse breeding farm and board many others. We also adopt horses that others could not afford to feed, bring them back to health and offer them for sale to “forever homes” that can take care of them…All our horses are hand fed twice a day with hay and grain, with one stallion in a stall which requires twice a day mucking as well as we both work regular jobs. Needless to say, we are busy, as well as equal partners in all of the work, including housework. He is semi-traditional…a man thing, he has to take care of us sort of thing…LOL! I found him crunched up in the barn and sent him to the doc. He did not go straight to the hospital as requested but under went an ultrasound at the office which showed “what seemed to be a blockage” as quoted by the doc. His heart cath is tomorrow, Thursday. We are scared, he has no history of high cholesterol, nor family history of anything but cancer…so while I am one tough woman around him, right now I feel extremely micro-hearted and panicky, did I spell that right? Jeez! I am venting. I know these cath’s are considered routine now a days but still, I hang in the unknown and feel such a wimp at the moment. He is our bread winner and I am merely an after thought as far as income goes, we have struggled with the current horse market and have just gotten caught up from the hay shortage from last year where the prices of hay were outrageous and not to mention the fuel prices…I can not even begin to imagine life changing health issues dragging us back down now since we have just reached the climax of the financial pit we were in, let alone how to cope with all of that once again without going insane…I will be strong for him, but I need to be weak right now, so thank you for listening…
To others who are in a similar situation, it is hard, be strong for those who need it. Smile at them and put your arms around them. I send VIRTUAL HUGS to you all…

Yes, I volunteer my family quite often to adopt those that I find running around hungry and needing love…I have 5 so off to the family they go, LOL! One can only hope for: RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS AND VERY RESPONSIBLE PET BREEDERS, coming soon in a fanstasy future near you! 😈
Sorry, this is a constant rant for me… 👿
Very good question…
