The combination is silvery, soft pinkish violet and a cool blue. I know it isn’t like the flower but, the color combination and the antiquing reminded me of that word. Plus it’s a fun word to say. Candytuft!
Two of my very favorites in fantasy colors are Gina’s Dreamscape which is so beautiful and is not only photographed excellent, thank you Pam but,in person it is so wonderfully painted that it glows! I love it. My next favorite is my Candytuft which no one has seen yet. It was so fun to paint and to me is so uplifting and free spirited. Gina and I are having a great time painting for everyone. Thank you everyone!
Yes Mercury Star I did the mother also and I am going to see if I can do the two baby Ki-rins, the standing one and the sitting like a four member family. I hope Melody will allow me to do them.
I can hardly wait for you to see the daddy and baby unicorns. The daddy is so handsome because of his wonderful shape and details on his body. He looks so majestic and striking to me. He too looks like he is carved out of wood. Thank you for your kind words.

I was working on the emperor on Friday. It is pretty close to being finished. Probably one more good day to get him done. Thank you for the compliment.

I just wanted to tell you that I looked over your thread and you have painted the most beautiful foo dog “Forests of the Night.” The tiger theme was really done well. Melody often paints tigers in her grab bags and your was done really nice. Thank you for sharing. I am one of the production painters at Windstone and it is nice to see your work as a forum member. I am really glad that Windstone lets us paint on EBay. I have so many ideas. Thank you and all of the forum members for buying the items we paint for Windstone.
