you should see him when he rears when im leadin ghim sometimes…his height is amazing 😆

Mine could easily take me horse skiing if he wanted to, but I am a real stickler for manners. So no rearing or playing or whatever allowed when I am leading him.

Some days when he’s fresh feeling, he might do a jig, but a little jiggle from the lead and he settles right down.

Now, when he’s on his own turf and playing (read bothering the girls) oh yeah, that rearing is impressive. First time I saw him rear, I froze in awe.

He doesn’t have much in the way of good herd manners, which is typical for his upbringing, so he can be a real PITA to the girls. He’s also in his teenage/stupid years and eats as much as the both of them combined, so they’re normally in seperate pastures.

Because he is so goofy, he’s pulled some hum-dingers that leave me in stitches.

The girls eat out of your standard, heavy duty, rubber ground feeder buckets. Some days I have to go find one after he’s been turned out with them. This day though …. the boss mare was standing there watching him, probably thinking, “There’s no food in there, what are you doing?” She was barely a horse distance (her length, not his) away looking right at him as he proceeded to pick it up with his teeth. After a few test shakes with it, he flipped his head up very rapidly and proceeded to konk himself right between the eyes with it. Oh yeah, he was surprised and I couldn’t help but laugh.

He did that twice then stood there for a moment looking at her, looking at him.

I kid you not, the look on his face turned into pure mischeviousness as he perked his ears towards her and did a sideways fling at her with that bucket, not letting it go.

He missed her by a whisker.

hes a 17hh TB warmblood cross and the vet estimates his age to be 16 hes a rescue horse

When I stand next to my 17h’ers withers, uh, I can’t see over them, not even from tippie toes. From the picture of you two above, you look like you have me by a few inches in height.

Mine was also a rescue, sorta. TB Racing industry … your typical bovine manuer. Short of the long, he was almost 3 and VERY underweight, a result of being tossed out into a scrub pasture to rot.

Unfortunately for me and my pipsqueak height, I feed well and he had another couple of growth spurts. 😯

16h and I get nosebleeds. WTH was I thinking?!

Boo.. the seller claims they don’t smoke. And is very disbelieving about the way they arrived (because she double boxed them). However, she put all of them (a grand unicorn, male peg, mother peg, and baby peg) in one box. Each wrapped in one layer of bubble wrap. The the one box was placed in a bigger box surrounded by newspaper and more bubble wrap.

I think she misunderstood the “double box” method.

She’s also not very happy with me… and I’m trying to be understanding. Hopefully she can be too.

That was you that won those? That was a great deal, provided they had arrived safely.

I was actually wondering about them the other day, whether or not they were received in good order or not.

I have a Male Pegasus that is nearly identical to how yours broke, but he was in his own box during that trip.

Considering that yours were all together in one box, I am amazed that none of the others received damage.

Note to Kyrin: I was waiting until your list got smaller. 8)

    Neigh!

That Mother Pegasus really is purrrrty. The bay coloring is so rich looking in the photo.

I have to admit though, I apparently became real spoiled looking at all the artist edition dragon specials and griffin test paints. They have so much detail work to their wings!

I’d like to take a moment to thank you Blackdesertwind for all the work you do with this thread. Though I do not post much, I do paruse the threads. The work you do here, you make keeping up with the auctions very easy.

Thank you for all that you do!

    Nice snag Adaneth.

Hows that happy dance working for you Nightcrow?

I was really, really drooling over these. Who wouldn’t?!

I bet the pictures of these are going to be droolific. Can’t wait til someone posts one. [hint, hint]

Fortunately for me, I wasn’t online or I might have caved for one of these. I say fortunately because I already spent my play $ on something.

Then again, I might have caved on the BEP Lap, BVP OW and I might have caved on the Pink SE Lap.

My CC is staring at me really funny right now, should I be scared?

Naaaa, window shopping is fine. I still can’t get over how much I like that Pink SE Lap. What happend to me?

    SE = Special edition

Y? Because that took a LOT of squeaks. To quote, ‘This color does grow on you.’ [Laugh!] What a hoot Ms. Melody can be.

    Ms. Melody,

    Wow.

She’s very pretty and looks so … dainty.

Ruh roh, I find myself strangly being pulled to the Dark I mean Pink side.

I missed the BVP LP OW, just like I missed the BEP LP? Laps.

That’s ok, my credit card thanked me. We have a standing agreement between us, I am not to purchase anything with it unless I can pay in full before the cycle ends and the interest has a chance to generate.

I might have to smack my card a little bit and when it is not looking, throw a BVP LP? Lap at it.

Then again, my card really does not have much to worry about. The chances that I’ll be online during the feeding frenzy = slim to none. 😀 Har!

Pics of the BVP LP OW please.

I do not mind cleaning the drool from my face, it’s called ‘window shopping’!

in reply to: Anyone get the NEW eBay rules? #660565

I did not see anyone mention it.

A good resource for eBay negative feedback is Toolhaus.org.

They are updating their site to keep in tune with eBays ongoing changes.

It works for both Sellers and Buyers.

Phoenix Tears, it might also help you determine where your 100% went.

    Triple that.

Have no fear Arlla, I predict, as many others, they will do VERY well.

I have to admit, Solar Flare stuck in my head as soon as I read it.

I even went back to view the picture a second time, just to make sure. Yup, Solar Flare, very suitable.

    ~Hoofer has agreed 😀
