I’ll keep a good thought for you, your family and your sister. I have a good friend who’s mother is bi-polar and unmedicated. I know frightening and heart-wrenching it can be for their loved ones. I hope she gets the help she needs 🙁
Hey, she’s trying to divert our attention! Don’t let her lure your minds away with the promise of other shiney PYOs! 😆
I had two Breyer horses, still do. I still have almost every toy I was ever given, because I never smashed or ruined any of them and never gave any of them away. Now that I’m 21, I find myself considering what I would part with. I have a Fraggle (Boober), a Puffalump, a Cabbage Patch Kid, a Wuzzle (Tycoon), stuffed bears and dragons, and of course a boxload of different horses. Everything from dollar store pastic ones to a remote controlled one that walked and tossed her head. My favorite horse was one of the generic posable plastic ones. He fell off a stone wall I was playing on and busted his leg, but Dad saved the day and glued it back on. His shoulder joint couldn’t move after that, I decided it was his “war wound” 😆
Have you guys noticed how many of our old toys are banned now? I’m not sure if it’s the same in the States, but even old metal toy trucks with sharp edges are banned here. You’d get in big trouble if you got caught selling them 😯

September 16, 2007 at 9:37 pm in reply to: another retired peacock…retired peacock or emeral-peacock #615178It’s got 4 bids currently. Now, I’m a complete Ebay rookie, and I’m confused. I checked to see who was bidding, just because I was bored…why would one user bid twice in a row?
He’s gorgeous! 😀
I can sort of understand what you are going through. I was talking to a local antique and curio dealer about them possibly selling Windstones there, since it’s a pain to ship them over the border on my own. After a couple weeks, and after helping a forum member here buy a Rainbow Emperor that the store managed to have laying around from years ago, the store owner said he would place an order. I was so excited, I was trying to decide what piece to get if I was offered an award for getting their business to sell Windstones. I even gave a down payment on a fledgy that I wanted them to order in for me.
…and nothing happened. There was no call, and I waited for 2 months before I went to the store again (mostly because work stopped me from going in any sooner). They had decided not to sell Windstones after all. They saw it as a “poor investment”, and gave me back my money. The killer is, they decided against selling days after I paid them…I don’t think they would have even tried to refund my money if I hadn’t shown up. I’m still upset about it all 👿

The suspense mounts
Well that’s just cruel 😛
My sister plays it fairly often, and her room mate happens to be up in the Second Life ranks a fair ways. I tried it out a couple times, but I wasn’t very impressed. So many explicit and disgusting things going on if you turn the wrong corner 😯

Most of my online friends know me as Seamist, which was a druid character that I played in EQ.
I read Robin Hobb, I loved the Liveship Traders 😀

What really messes with my head is that you are really trying to help him! He would get more for a retired piece than one that’s currently in production. Man, some people just can’t stand to be corrected 🙄
I agree with a lot of you folks here. I would rather falsely believe a sad tale and offer support than be cold and disbelieving towards someone that honestly needed someone to listen to them. If I found out someone lied to me, I’d get over it, but if I found out I had hurt someone who was already upset, that would haunt me for a very long time.
At least I know the person who stands accused of telling tales isn’t me. If I said half the things that have happened to me here then you would all think I was both a liar and insane 😆
Think about a bedazzled black bra and panty set that’s too small, along with fishnet stockings and heeled boots…oh, and even though it wasn’t part of the “outfit”, throw in a really badly-done wig or weave on top. It was bad 😡
Ugh…”bedazzled” is not a word to try and spell when you’re dyslexic and having a bad day!
He’s beautiful! I’m so glad he’s doing better, and I hope he continues to improve 😀
Edited because I’m dyslexic XD
