Soooo relieved to hear he’s safe at home now! Does he have a tag w/ your contact information? I have five indoor-only cats but they all wear collars with tags. My husband says it’s not necessary (they’re all long-haired and he doesn’t like the way the collars leave a dent in their neck fur) but it gives me peace of mind just in case they ever accidentally got out.
Okay, I reached a compromise…decided it was best not to permanently alter the piece so I put in an aquamarine swarovski jewel without gluing it in. It sits in the hole perfectly on its own and in my opinion looks fantastic, like it should have always been there.
Thanks for letting me know. 🙂 I already got the one in the store, but I really want the other version too. The ebay one isn’t mint so I have to see how high the bidding goes. Don’t want to spend a lot for it and then the next day one that’s in perfect condition becomes available either on ebay or by someone in the forum. Also, I’m a little nervous about it arriving safely without the original box.
