Oh arrrrgghhh! 😮 Well, that’s a darned shame; the Red Fire is a beautiful color scheme. I hope that if the paint problem gets worked out, there might someday be a place for Red Fire LP pieces of some kind. Once life at the factory settles down to a steady pace, that is. (Maybe a Red Fire Mark Two?) The OW is simply stunning in red, particularly red with gold . . . although I think the OW looks fabulous in anything at all. 😉
Thanks, lamorte and WSC, for forwarding the link! I’ve had a few gaps in my reading this summer, apparently!
September 20, 2009 at 3:59 am #779741It’s wonderful that the gypsum company as finally possibly fixed the issue!

Thanks for the heads up on it,Ms.Jennifer. 😉I didn’t mean to terrify you! I just know that some people have had problems after storing them in heat/humidity for a while. One person had problems with their rainbow male in a climate controlled unit too, but I think that is the exception.
I know when it gets hot and humid here, my pieces get ‘tacky’ and ‘sweat’ a little from condensation. Here is a thread about it: http://www.windstoneeditions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8837
I had this problem with my otherwise *PERFECT* perfect emerald male dragon 😥 I had him in a male dragon box with bubble wrap around him, and now he’s all wrinkly 😥 and I live a little north of Houston. He was/is in my closet on the second floor of our house with no trees to shade the roof. The A/C ran all the time but it was no match for our 90degree summers. 🙄
