September 18, 2011 at 3:04 am #856909Pink Flamingo Mother Dragon!
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
That is one MIGHTY pretty pink though!
September 18, 2011 at 3:40 am #856914Wow I’ve wanted a pink mother dragon, but the orangey highlights and black points on her REALLY turn me off to it. I know it’s supposed to resemble a flamingo, but it looks like she stuck her nose in a fireplace and got ash on it.
September 18, 2011 at 4:03 am #856916Pink is not really my color for a dragon, looks nice on a curled, not so much on a larger one. With or without the flamingo style.
September 18, 2011 at 5:12 am #856923I love the pink mother…aside from the black nose xD
September 18, 2011 at 6:19 am #856928For those of you who haven’t seen pink on a large dragon, here is the Pearly Pink SK by Olimpia. He is absolutely gorgeous. Melody has a pink Scratcher in her gallery that is beautiful too; and don’t forget the Tinked Pink OW and Pearly Pink Lap. I don’t think it is the size as much as the shade of pink that makes all the difference.

September 18, 2011 at 6:55 am #856933Ive heard Ski talk about that Pink SK before but I never got to see it. Thank you for posting a picture, shes surpisingly beautiful!
September 18, 2011 at 4:49 pm #856962I think I’m the only person who doesn’t like any of the ice-blue-type color schemes…
There’s just something about white, light blue, and teal that doesn’t work for me when they’re together. Too milky-looking or something. I always liked the slightly darker blue/teal schemes a lot though. Blue dragons–yes! Blue Ice–more for all of you 😉
While I actually do enjoy the icy look to the spectral, I generally agree; I like rich blues too!

My art: featherdust.comSeptember 18, 2011 at 7:31 pm #856989I chose the mother dragon for Pink Flamingo as she has that incredibly elegant shape to her, similar to that of a real Flamingo. And iIf I didn’t add the orange, it would not have been Pink Flamingo. No black, no Pink Flamingo. She’d have been Pink Blob. And that wouldn’t have been right, nor an attractive title for an ebay piece. 😉
And I dig the color scheme; despite not being a big fan of pink. But when you add orange, neat things happen.

WINDSTONE EDITIONS “PINK FLAMINGO #1” MOTHER DRAGON FIGURINE STATUE TEST PAINTSeptember 19, 2011 at 4:17 am #857052I laughed so hard when I saw that mother dragon! I love it because I’ve always kind of thought her nose was shaped funny that way… if a momma dragon could dress up for Halloween, she’d totally be a natural flamingo.

-J R R TolkienSeptember 19, 2011 at 4:29 am #857053I am soooo not a pink person but I really like the flamingo dragon. I never realized before how much she does look like a flamingo. Awesome job!
