I want to touch him! Which is totally silly, since all windstones (of a given sculpt) are more or less the same texture! e_e I’m a weirdo.

You’re not weird!!

Some Windstones actually feel different from others, even ones of the same sculpt! I have a couple of Old Warriors, and one of them is definitely smoother than the other, I assume because it probably has a little bit more topcoat on it – I actually like him slightly more because of it, even if I like the other color better!

Now THAT’s weird!! XD

Windstone’s can definitely have different feels. Pieces by Olimpia feel different from anything we are currently making. She was really good at clearcoating and always gave her pieces a wonderful smooth, thick clearcoat.

I love petting my Windstones, I love the different textures and finishes. Though hopefully, I’m not petting so much that I end up rubbing the clearcoat off.

I’ve noticed that too actually. I only have a few by her, but they ALL have super think and lustrous clear coats. They make the dragons look like shiny candies!

LOL T.P. is shorthand for ‘Test Paint’. The ‘P.S.’ cursive signature is below the windstone logo.

Pretty fledgling. He just wouldnt fit in over here though. I was glad to get a second chance at that Sand Bengal Fledge anyway…
