And even more photos posted October 2 on the “Windstone Editions Fan Club (Official)” Facebook page – new test paints that are not yet named.
Gina says, “A new color needs a new name! Please give any suggestions you have [on Facebook] and I’ll make a poll soon!
And a peek at the now finished family of Fairy Dream! So happy to have emperors to paint (not quite ready for production yet, but ever nearer!)”The new color:

October 4, 2024 at 5:22 pm #1687180Melody was asked on Facebook about more tadpoads – “can we please have more of these soon I need about a half dozen 😁”
Melody’s reply – “we have a nice bunch of unpainted ones, so it can happen!”
October 9, 2024 at 5:18 pm #1687353can I suggest a Toaster color here? Personally I’d like emerald or Woodland, but a silver one would be funny as well as beautiful. Doing a bunch of OOAKs for eBay would probably be best for the company to start, maybe ones to match recent eBay color families.
I think that Ocean test paint would be awesome on this figure and as a LP/new color family on the dragons in general.

Gina says, “A continuation of one of my very first test paints (a family of griffins) that I’ve always wanted to paint more of! Blue-Ringed!
Don’t worry though! They’ll never bite you 🥰”Note – Gina painted the first Blue-Ringed Octopus pieces in 2015!

Windstone Editions says, “Ever wonder how we make the details on our Dragons POP? Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at our antiquing process, where we bring out every scale and crack to perfection. A few more of these Blue Morpho beauties will be restocking soon—keep an eye out! 🐉✨”
October 27, 2024 at 4:31 pm #1688093October 28, 2024 at 10:56 am #1688106Gina has a poll going on Facebook asking which colors the first batches of Toasters should be painted. Unfortunately you only can vote on the “Windstone Editions Fan Club (Official)” Facebook page.
Today (October 28) Gina says, “Last couple days to campaign for your favorite! I’ll probably do the top three in a row, then things will be a bit more jumbled”
As of today the top three colors are:
Peacock (16%)
Brimstone (15%)
Blue Morpho (12%)Amethyst is a close fourth at 11%.

October 28, 2024 at 11:23 am #1688109Note about the poll – Gina says that “Calypso” is the equivalent of the new not-yet-named test paint color that was posted three days ago.
Question on Facebook – “Whatever that blue one was on the sample! 😆”
Gina’s reply – “the replacement for that one is calypso (it [I presume that she means the test paint] uses a lot of the colorshift paint and that’s not good long term)The test paint Toaster on a painting wheel with other dragons – screenshot from a video that Gina posted on October 25.
This may be the same Toaster dragon that Melody posted in August and Gina is painting other dragons to match? They look very similar!
Photo that Melody posted. I don’t know who actually painted the dragon. -
