Also posted on April 6.
Melody said – “More ponycorns. These aren’t finished, they still need horns and eyes. … I usually try to keep GB themes somewhat consistent, but this batch isn’t all bright colors like the ones in front. There are some natural ones too (background) with fantasy markings. There are a few giraffes. I had trouble staying focused.”April 17, 2024 at 8:24 am #1682628Comment on Facebook (posted on or about April 10) – “When do you guys think grab bag will be available and roughly how much will they be? I need to plan to save money!”
Melody’s reply – “If I don’t wait for more castings to be made, this small batch will be available in a week or so. I can never price things accurately, but I would guess they will be about as much as the last batch of these…which were around $400.”

“Melody sometimes ‘hints’ too soon! She tried not to this time, but she got excited about them (Unicorns are like that – they like attention) and spilled the beans! We are still casting more Resting Ponycorns for her to paint so its going to take a while before the whole Grab Bag batch is ready. We have not yet decided exactly how we will do this grab bag, but it will be announced through the ‘Subscribe’ email newsletters. We will most likely use a waitlist on our website posted with lots of sign up time so that everyone doesn’t try to sign up all at once (that causes our site to crash).”
April 17, 2024 at 9:07 am #1682630Oooh loving Toaster! What about horns similar to on the Male and Mother? I actually like their horns better than the pewter ones.
April 17, 2024 at 1:54 pm #1682639For anyone who may have missed the email announcement, doesn’t see Facebook posts, or just didn’t get the news – the Bantam and mini-keeper dragons are available in Lavender Pearl. They are very pretty!
May 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm #1683055Gina posted photos of these kirins today (May 2) on the “Windstone Editions Fan Club (Official)” Facebook page.
Gina says, “Cherry blossom deer kir-in family ❤️ something I’ve wanted to do for a long time now. Hope you enjoy, the little fawn spots make me smile 🥰
Test paints will be up on eBay soon(ish)”May 3, 2024 at 10:58 am #1683085Posted by Susie on the “Windstone Editions Fan Club (Official)” Facebook page on or about April 12:

Well, I showed the photo of the pony corns because I thought I was done painting this batch, and they were very close to being done. -but from the reaction to these, this batch needed to be bigger. I had to wait for more ‘corns to be cast and that moved the finish line. I am painting more now.

It’s safe to say whenever you think you have enough, just double it! LOL!

Gina says, “New Test Paints that need names! They’re part of an extended family so I’d like names that go together somehow (like the stormscale/flamescale/dreamscale test paints)
Please give your suggestions [on Facebook] and next week I’ll make a poll!
Which is your favorite? 😄”May 17, 2024 at 11:20 pm #1683482(Ugh I hate how facebook basically forces you to log in or create an account to see anything nowadays. I refuse to sign in without the VPN on my laptop!)
They remind me of Carnival. Too bad a set name like like Carnival/Rio/Mardi Gras wouldn’t get any votes.
May 21, 2024 at 1:33 pm #1683584“Parti Gras Mermaid Lemonaid, Parti Gras Mojito, Parti Gras Sangria” is currently in second place with 19% of the votes, but it’s trailing pretty far behind the current winner, “Fairy Dream, Forest Dream, Pixie Dream.”
I thought of “jester” right away when I saw the green and white uni, so my vote was for “Jester Glow, Jester Lime, Jester Fire,” but that only has 4%. The names I pick never win. 😄
Looking for GBs: loaf dragon; dark red-colored sitting grey wolf; baby ki-rins; sitting ori
