I’d love to try actual Raku firing on a PYO, but I’m not sure how the gypsum would hold up to such high heat. Does anyone here know the maximum heat the gypsum can handle?
My mom has the equipment needed for it so if I do try it out we’ll see what happens. 🙂 It’s possible I’ll end up with a cremated PYO LOL!

Just a reminder to everyone that the eBay auction for “Alpine Meadow” ends in about 6 hours!

July 15, 2010 at 6:06 pm #799735Since “Alpine Meadow” didn’t sell on eBay she is going to dragoncastle, who wanted to wait and buy her outright if she didn’t have a winning bid. Thank you for your purchase, I appreciate it very much and I can’t wait for you to see her in person! 🙂
July 18, 2010 at 6:32 am #799736Here’s a sneak peek of my Reverse Okeetee Dragon inspired by Seth, my Reverse Okeetee albino corn snake. I still have a ways to go on him, but I wanted to share with everyone where I’m at so far. 🙂
