Since you have done so much already perhaps the vet will work out a payment plan for you? Have you heard of CareCredit? Our vet takes that and you get up to 18 months to pay interest free. I sure hope Ron is better soon

Thank you all for the kind thoughts. *smiles* I just got back from the vet, though I haven’t got the bill yet, they’re keeping him for the rest of the day to see how he does. I’ll find out how much trouble my bank account is in when I pick him up tonight. *sigh* But I’ll manage one way or another. They did say that if it came to more than I had, something could be arranged in the way of payment plans.

Back from the vet again, with my kitty. He has one of those cone collars on, and isn’t happy about it, poor guy, but he’s otherwise doing fine. I managed to cover the bill too, they were really nice and waived the doctor’s visit fee and only charged me for the actual stitches and medication that he needed. So I’m pretty broke, but not in debt at least. 🙂
