😥 😥 😥 😥 😥 😥May 31, 2007 at 7:09 pm #578274Hey you never know! 🙂 These take a while to list, and there’s more than one so it’s entirely possible you’ll have a good chance. 🙂

June 2, 2007 at 10:44 pm #578276Nam posted earlier in this thread the picture of the jade scratching dragon I traded her so I thought I would put the picture of the dragon she made me in return here as well. He is absolutely stunning – he is so much better in person. And there is a picture of him with violet petals, another dragon Nam had done.
Thanks, Nam! I love him!

June 2, 2007 at 10:53 pm #578277Both of them are so lovely!
June 2, 2007 at 10:57 pm #578278WOW ddvm! They look so great together, like siblings 😀 I’m glad you ended up with Violet!

Thanks, LIH! As you can see, I got a sibling for her!
She is very much loved in my house. Thanks again for selling her to me.June 2, 2007 at 11:35 pm #578280I’ve been skipping this thread 😳 as I’m really a dragon lover, but finally had to peek and holy cow! These griffons are stunningly beautiful! Fantastic work Nam! They are absolutely believable looking, too. 🙂
What are the chances the mother griffon will sell for less than $1000? Slim to none, eh?
I heartily agree with the earlier statement that the male lab griffon pic should go on a mug or shirt or something in the cafe!June 3, 2007 at 7:32 pm #578281I took a video of one of the Labradorite Male Griffins:
It’s a really bad video. I wish I had a way to really capture how nice he is. Very washed out- even his eyes look grey! You know they’re blue though.
That’s #4. I’m going to go take some detail photos of him real quick. Then I’m done with the males, at least for a long, long time. 😉

-J R R TolkienJune 3, 2007 at 8:06 pm #578283Here’s a few detail photos. I really, really need a nap.
You can see his feathers are more detailed than the zoomed photos show. his chest has nice, subtle banding. I’d describe the white areas of him to be a powdery white (think cockatoo) rather than the pearly white of Melody’s Pearl griffins.

My art: featherdust.comJune 3, 2007 at 8:12 pm #578284I can see the subtle banding on the chest and wings in these photos — looks great!
The video was nice to watch too!
June 3, 2007 at 8:17 pm #578285Thanks for the video Nam!!! 😀
June 4, 2007 at 2:26 am #578286wow! the coloring of the feathers are astounding.
