My Mom’s Home.
so there are currently 10-Dozen cookies of 5 different varieties hiding in my House, & 5 more being made today…

& the Problem is that my Mom has left the Recipe down.
You would not believe how much of that type of Crap my Mom makes/buys/eats.
I’d be much happier though if she didn’t buy any of them & just made ’em.
I had been managing to keep our sugar/sweets down to just the 1 Batch of Cookies/Cakes/pastries I would make a week.
I am so going to be so fat by the end of the holidays. 🙄
I have absolutely no will power with these things.I know it. We are starting healthy eating on the first. Not focusing on losing weight (though we both really need to), but getting healthier and more energetic. We just really love food! 🙄
Heck yea! I finally finished two Keepers that have been sitting half painted & collecting dust for about a year. 🙂

We gathered at the same house we used to when we were in high school and sat around gabbing while playing cards just like old times. We don’t see each other near enough since we live in three different cities (Orlando, Pensacola and Auburn), but Auburn will always be home for the three of us (as long as parents don’t move 😀 ).

I am going to Houston with Dad today. We are going to eat good Chinese and/or Korean food and go shopping. Hopefully, we won’t get too lost in the last minute Christmas shopping crowd.This one’s more for the dog….
He went to visit Mum while she was wrapping Christmas presents last night and helped himself to a new squeaky ball then promptly ran away so she couldn’t take it away! 😀

I have absolutely no will power with these things.Hey Lupin, I hear ya! I lost about 10 pounds since September and I think about half of that is back! I’ll be going with my neighbors in a bit to their son’s house [they get together on Christmas Eve] for dinner and the other 5 pounds will be back!
I subscribe to a health mazagine and the latest issue came with receipes for detox smoothies. I plan to start eating more healthy next week. Try anyway! It’s a struggle because I love to eat! :yum: 😈 🙄 😕
