I NEVER would have thought that a real bird would get attached to a Windstone

Too bad you did not have it on videoFebruary 1, 2007 at 7:36 pm #534266enchantments wrote:Dragon Master wrote:I NEVER would have thought that a real bird would get attached to a Windstone

I hope the kitty didn’t break a tooth or claw whacking at that thing…
February 1, 2007 at 10:07 pm #534267if it broke anything it deserved it
February 1, 2007 at 10:13 pm #534268he just hissed at it alot and got all puffed up walked around it then tryed to slap it on the head. After it didn’t move I guess he thought it was not really because he just walked off, and hasn’t messed with it after that. I really really need to get a video camera…maybe I’ll ask for one for my b-day or something. It always seams like the animals are doing something crazy & funny…oh the stories I could tell.
February 1, 2007 at 10:15 pm #534269I used to keep the Wolf sconce on my front counter and all the little dogs that people brought into the store would bark and growl at it.

That is so funny. Retta never got into contact with my Windstones – she moved downstairs before I started setting them on shelves within her reach. I wish I could watch your kitty on video, enchantments.
February 2, 2007 at 4:24 am #534271Kali totally ignores them. They are beneath her notice. She’s too good for them, or something.
Tari hasn’t encountered any yet. She’s very shy, and still spends most of her time under the bed, and has only come out of my bedroom maybe three times. There are four of them in the room, but all three in high places, and so far I’ve never seen Tari jump up onto anything higher than the bed.
February 2, 2007 at 4:25 am #534272I hope you never have a cat knock over a Windstone, SPark. But if one is snobby and the other shy, you shouldn’t have to full out the glue anytime soon… 😀

How is your new kitty adjusting?February 2, 2007 at 4:36 am #534274She’s doing fairly well.
And most of my Windstones are in a glass-fronted case. I just have the current PYO, the little purple young dragon that I’m still deciding what to do with, and a couple of things waiting for repairs out. Well, and the book ends and candle holders, but you’d really have to be trying to knock those over!
February 2, 2007 at 4:39 am #534275Yeah, but ladybrooklyn’s cat did a good job of wrecking hers. I only have one glass-front and it doesn’t hold all my dragons, so some are sitting on ledges and could easily get knocked down if Retta decided to stand up and sniff them. I doubt she’d do that, but better safe than sorry, especially since the most susceptible to damage would be my beloved Emerald Riser. 😛

It sounds like she is starting to adjust. I’m sure she will be fine within a month -
