            Quick question for a newbie on painting: do you have to use a primer before you paint? Thanks for your help!!

              Some do,or a base paint,or not.The gypsum soaks up the paint almost instantly without anything.Different effects too.

                        I have mine but haven’t had the chance to start painting since I’m working from home. I’ll probably start on Friday.

                              I figured with all this mess that maybe wait until Summer to ship.Some states are in stay home order.
                              Mine is finished and rearing to go.

                                Sorry – I haven’t started mine yet since we are working remotely. I hope to start it soon and it should be finished by the end of April. But with things getting extended, perhaps we need to wait and see if the ‘Shelter at Home’ States (mine is now one of those) will ease up restrictions sometime in May. Hopefully that will be the case so I can go to the Post Office to ship, which may be considered a non-essential activity at this time – of course I’m not positive about that.
