Some do,or a base paint,or not.The gypsum soaks up the paint almost instantly without anything.Different effects too.

Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.Sorry – I haven’t started mine yet since we are working remotely. I hope to start it soon and it should be finished by the end of April. But with things getting extended, perhaps we need to wait and see if the ‘Shelter at Home’ States (mine is now one of those) will ease up restrictions sometime in May. Hopefully that will be the case so I can go to the Post Office to ship, which may be considered a non-essential activity at this time – of course I’m not positive about that.
