Oops! 😳 Sorry…I didn’t mean it that way. I just thought it was impressive.
Since I have been going through my collection to thin it out, I’m more keen about what things cost. It is quite amazing what a few Windstones will set us back. And I’m with you, we need to win the lottery or inherit from a rich relative – or marry into money. Then again that might be more work than it’s worth. 😆
how about all of the above….then we can get a house….a car…and more windstones….LOL
September 24, 2007 at 9:39 pm #597582HOMG I’m so STOKED!! XD I got all of these little guys for $45 including shipping…this is the best deal on Windstones I think I’ve ever gotten…and the only one with any damage is the sitting unicorn – his front hooves are chipped, but they’re going to be easy to fix. I’m so HAPPY!!! ^_^ These are my first unicorns (aside from the gothic one) and my first hatching peg – I never knew that the spaces between his feather shafts were all carved out – it’s amazing!! WOOOOT!! 😀

Congrats! I’ve noticed a lot of young unicorns have their front hooves chipped. It seems to be their “weak” spot.

Congrats! Were they from Ebay?
The outstretched wing is made out of pewter so it can have all the detail but be thin too.

COngrats!! I fell in love with the hatching peg, too. The holes between the feathers were just too cute!September 25, 2007 at 7:48 am #597589Yeh..I got my hatching peg for like $3 at an estate sale. I love the holes in the wings also…I keep thinking how it must be hard to cast it…now I find out it is pewter…any other pieces with painted pewter extensions ?

Thanks! That black, red and silver was fun to paint! I have yet another idea for a gray eyed one with mainly silver on it.
Oh yeah! I have lots of drawings. I need to get more framed. Besides for dragons I have pegasus’s and eagles and tigers… “oh my”.
