Wow I did not realize how similar the poses were! Still cute, but since I am allowed only a limited amount of Windstones and I have a fledgie, I am glad I passed on them =)
The new baby looks adorable!…and as someone who missed most of the fledglings when they debuted, it’s nice to be in on the ground floor with the babies! Can’t wait to get mine 🙂

Yeah I was hoping to see a size comparison! They look a lot alike but I love the cute small size on the babies!

I still have yet to even get a fledgeling dragon (I really ought to- they’re not super expensive!). I don’t think I’ll be getting a fledge AND a baby since they’re so similar, but awww, those itty bitty babies are CUTE! Maybe I’ll get one of ’em instead!

The PYO Keeper that Branzyboo did for me arrived today, and I’m REALLY happy! 😀 He’s stunning, and pictures really don’t show his full beauty, but I of course will show pics anyway! Brandy even included a birthday card for me since he got finished and sent so close to my birthday (he got here 3 days after it).
Since I didn’t wait until tomorrow to take pics when there would be sunlight, I took most of the pics in the kitchen since the lights are the best in there. Not a great backdrop I know, but here he is!

You really can’t see how shimmery and beautiful his scales are in the photos, though.
I’ll also take the opportunity to share updated pics of my Windstone collection, since I believe I’ve acquired a few since the last time I shared. Still a small collection, but it’s grown quicker since I discovered the forum.

Here are some of my more recently acquired dragons, a gold secret keeper (my holy grail of Windstones), the Volcanic OW, and a couple violet flames.
I love that Old Warrior! I had not realized just how big the Secret Keeper is! Good thing I’ll never be able to afford one, because I”d have no where to put the big guy!
I figured I should have more than one Windstone piece before I could post a collection, but now that I just got a tadpoad why not?
The brown male was my first piece. I found him during the sale night at one of the vendors during the last Great Western War I attended. Got him for a steal of $25! He had a few chips in the paint (mainly missing gold, and the frill on top of his head looks like it was glued back on at one point, but they did a pretty good job. He is missing a chip out of one of the large scales on his tail, and he is missing his felt (it was definitely there at some point). I cleaned him up and re-applied gold paint, plus some dull gold over the chip so now it just looks like a scar (scars are cool). I named him Dusty Coppersky, since I felt he looked more copper than brown, and even after using a paintbrush with water there is still a dust residue between his toes.
Not that my new tadpoad, Pastel Periwonkle, minds. She was absolutely meant to be, since she coordinates with Dusty so well!
