Whats the story on the Emp? Totally curious! 🙂

Well, the story is a sad one honestly. Jennifer originally painted the emp, and a user that many people knew in the past, ddvm, bought him off of ebay. ddvm had cancer for a while, and she recently passed away. In her will, she designated that all the pieces Jennifer painted be sent back to her, so Jennifer got a lot of pieces back, including the emp. Jennifer wanted to do something in ddvm’s memory, so she has been listing these pieces on ebay and using the money to plant trees/donate to animal shelters. The emp was the first piece up on ebay and I won him. He was the piece I saw the very first day I joined this site, and the one that convinced me to start collecting windstones. He’s very special to me, and I love him dearly. I coveted him for so long, never imagining I’d actually get him.

Here are my two latest pieces-

Liger #1 Mother Pegasus. I have her on my vanity in my bedroom by the mirror, so when I’m getting ready I can see her from all angles, she is stunning!

Serval #1 Female Griffin. She’s on my nightstand. In LOVE with her. I love how she has two different jewels as well. One jonquil on the tip of her tail, the rest blue zircon.

Now I just need to think up names for them ^-^
