He’s beautiful! Doesn’t have much red on him though, which is great for me because I never liked their red noses.I also didn’t know they had changed since the grab bag. It’s interesting to compare the sculpt differences.

I only have a grab bag mk, what are the differences?I posted my two side-by-side so you could compare. The neck scales are different, they have ridges on them in the new version. The wings aren’t smooth in the new ones. The wing scales on top used to be more like feathers but now they look more like scales. Just lots of little things. It’s neat to compare the two!
You can see on the pink and white ones on the website store here, in case the multicolor is too confusing in Stephanie’s photo. The pink and white are still the old style.

I remember when Ms. Melody resculpted the details on the mini-keeper. I have both versions in Blue Morpho. I like both the old and new.
Maybe if I get inspired I will take a pic of the two so you can compare on the same color.My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.
Ill have to look at mine. I have a blue morpho and a GB. I completely missed they had been resculpted.

Sun Dragon Koi #3Okay, I can see now, at least on the neck scales. My eyes frankly are more than a little bit bad. I noticed the gold on your rainbow’s neck scales, but attributed it to the painting not a sculptural difference. I still have a hard time seeing the wing difference, but my eyes really are that bad. Thanks LisaZ!
Lots of other things changed, down to the little scale spots on the back of the neck. Pink is the old version. Tanzanite is the new one, from the store photos.
Does this mean shell pink and white need a new batch to be made in the new version?
