Here’s a photo of the Hippocampus next to my Royal Birman Flying Wolf (done by Falcoff), so you can see the relative size. 🙂 The Hippocampus is soooooo detailed and has [Edit-I miss counted, it has Four gems]. 🙂

So here I was squealing like a maniac over the fact that you have the first ever hippocampus (so so so pretty OMG) and then I see Royal Birman and I swear I scared my cats screaming super loudly with glee. (Don’t mind me I’ll just go back to eating my ramen now hahahaha.)

But seriously, that hippocampus is incredible! Everyone’s really outdoing themselves this round. 😀

Wow, I love that she used the chain to make the ‘ring’ of the ring necked pheasant!
And that pheonix is awesome! Great job! You two got some great pieces.

Love baby kirins, safari poads, mini keepers, and anything BLUE, BLUE, and, oh yes, BLUE.

The swaps have all been really awesome this year! The pheasant griffity is adorable and the hippocampus is super neat. It’s really amazing how much detail is in these sculpts!

Speaking about that, I received MY Wonderful, Wonderful PYO Swap piece while I was out of town this past week. I just had to open the package immediately! I wanted to let you know Melody, that I did receive it safe and sound and it’s stunning! It KILLS Me that I need to wait until Monday before I have time to properly photograph and post my Swap piece – but it’ll be worth the wait – I promise! I’m so lucky!

OK! Here are the photos of the PYO Swap piece I received. 🙂
I had suggested that anything Safari or Fantasy, or a combination of both, would be great for me, and I especially liked ‘stripy’ or patterned schemes. I got back into town from my vacation on mid-day Friday last week, and I was so excited when I saw that I had my package from Windstone and realized that Melody was possibly my Swap buddy. I am STILL Stunned at what she did, and I can’t believe my good fortune!

I received THIS Wonderful, Wonderful, AWESOME Beauty!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU, MELODY! I LOVE Him!

This hippocampus was a prototype casting, the final version has only three jewels!
The forth jewel didn’t fit well enough in the chain so I removed the spot for it.

So many nice PYO’s. So many kirins. Beautiful pieces everybody. I especially like the swallow griffin. 🙂 I regret having to sit out this time ’round.

Indeed! That color combination really pops. I really like the dragon painted on the kirin’s forehead!

A rather late posting, but this is the cute little leopard gecko morph inspired dragon I received from MandBsMom over a week ago! His name is Firestorm. He has a siam (red) colored stone and the eyes are from Dreaming Tree Studio. I pretty much left it to artist choice based on a nature theme. The antiquing doesn’t show up as well in photos, but it is indeed there. Thank you again! 😀
