I was curious about seeing 10’000 BC…but hadnt made up my mind yet. 😀 I’m also wanting to see the Spiderwick Chronicles. 😀
March 11, 2008 at 7:01 am #675298I just want to see 10,000 B.C. for the critters. The story sounds lame.
March 11, 2008 at 7:56 am #675299I have unusual taste in movies, but The Prestige was awesome!! and we just saw Juno, which was funny in a sad kinda way. Were going to see 10,000 BC, as innacurate as I’ve been told it is, it still looks interesting. I’m dying to see the new shaymalan, and am hoping that Joaquin Pheonix does something new soon. Any body like firefighter movies? we’re a big fire family here.

hmmm…firemen…*drools* 😀 heehee
I don’t want TV or movies much at all anymore, I’m such a computer junkie. I think the last movie I’ve been to see was the last Harry Potter movie released. I’m a pretty boring person most of the time…

I heard Spiderwick was really good.
As for 10000 BC, Im not seeing it for the mammoths im seeing it for the men. 😉
I have a feeling “The Happening” will be a letdown, just like “The Village” and “Lady in the Water.” I think the only one of his movies I have loved was “Signs.”

Lol…same here, mammoths are good…men are better, especially scantily clad men… 😉

Signs was a very good movie. Didn’t see the others… but my husband did. He didn’t care for those either.
I’ll tell you what I think looks really stupid is that new Iron Man movie. Kind of an odd role for Robert Downy Jr. too.

Signs was good, but The Sixth Sense was better. That ending is still about the best I’ve seen yet.

Yes, I agree with you on that! The ending of The Sixth Sense was very good. I didn’t see it coming, and it did make me cry a little. After seeing it again though, I did pick up on little things that I didn’t notice the first time.

Ack! No! I have a thing for Iron Man. Dunno why, but it goes back more than a decade . I’m hoping the movie’s not totally lame. I’m not sure about Bobby boy being him though… I guess I’ll have to watch and see.
Anybody watch Jumper? It’s showing here, but I’m not sure I want to go alone if it’s gonna suck. I’m so gonna see Sweeney Todd next week though.
March 12, 2008 at 1:17 pm #675307Sweeney Todd looks interesting. I tend to like most of Johnny Depp’s movies. My mom has a big crush on him! 😆

I heard it was terrible and had very little plot. I also am pretty sure you knew this, but one girl at work didnt: Its a musical. The few folks I know who had seen it actually walked out.
Sixth Sense got me, too. I didnt see it coming.
Jumper was pretty cool. It had a small part of the plot that I didnt like, but I was entertained. 🙂

Really? I was actually going to try to see it. I bought the book but haven’t started it yet.

March 13, 2008 at 12:04 pm #675311I also did not know that it’s a musical. Eh, I think I’ll pass. Maybe I’ll try it when it comes out on DVD.
