PYOs are fine as long as they are official PYOs and not repaints. 🙂
How to Enter – Send ayonah @ windstoneeditions . com an email with your photo attached any time during the entry period. Entry photos may not be larger than 5 MBs. Your entry MUST contain the subject line – “Quest 14 Entry”. Your entry must also contain your forum name in the body of the email. If any of this information is missing or if the entry is too large, it will be deleted.
Winner Selection – “…. The 15 finalists will be placed on the forum for public voting by registered members of the Windstone Editions forum. ONLY registered, active members may vote. …. It is okay for the finalists to post their entry and solicit votes on their own personal Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media accounts, HOWEVER, the finalists may NOT claim their own entries on the forum and all entries on the forum will be kept anonymous by the Windstone staff. ”
Hi Kiya, I’ve got a couple questions about the above sections within the rules…
1. For the ‘How to Enter’ did you want the photograph file’s name to contain anything specific, like ‘Quest 14 entry from…’ or anything like that? Or, could it just be whatever the camera names the image (i.e.- IMG_0366.jpg) – any preference?
2. For clarification under the ‘Winner Selection’ – you have the phrase “HOWEVER, the finalists may NOT claim their own entries on the forum…” does this indicate that when voting on the 15 finalists, that a person may not vote for their own photograph?

I’d been planning to participate in this, but things were a bit hectic for a while there and time got away from me! A shame, as it really would have been a fun one to do, but at least I can still look forward to viewing the entries!
