Oh really?! That’s good to know. I don’t remember reading that. Hmm… I may have to look into this again. I don’t want my husband’s Fairy Fossil designs ripped off either. I’ve had the store up for a while (meaning, years) and never had trouble with them though. I’ll have to look into it.

I am in no way suggesting that Cafe Press isn’t an honest, upright company. I have never heard of them abusing any copyrights.. it is just that agreeing to a vauguely worded (subject to change at anytime)license to a company, like Cafe Press, might somehow cause legal issues when other companies DO rip you off.I need to check with the lawyer, or the psuedo-lawyer(John) first.
Here is the text that concerns me most:
CafePress.com reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this TOS(Terms of Service), at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the CafePress.com Web Site. In the event of substantive changes to this TOS, you may be notified by email. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to not use the Web Site and the CafePress.com Service. Your continued use of the CafePress.com Web Site following posting of a change notice or new TOS on the CafePress.com Web Site will constitute binding acceptance of the changeFebruary 18, 2007 at 2:17 am #539662Melody wrote:emerald212 wrote:Oh really?! February 18, 2007 at 5:06 am #539668A Windstone store! Awesome! Will these pieces be Direct Sales or will your retailers be able to sell them too?
February 18, 2007 at 7:48 am #539669Here is the link to the “Windstone Stuff” store on Cafe’ Press:

I’ve got three coffee mugs in it. Hey, that took me all day! ( Notice the very cool drop shadow on the sushi-cat mug! That took three people about an hour to do by itself.)Also notice the impressive typo in the store description. You should always spell your company’s name wrong.February 18, 2007 at 7:54 am #539670Greater Basilisk wrote:A Windstone store! Awesome! You purchase these things directly from the “Windstone Stuff” store on the Cafe’ Press website.
