May 3, 2007 at 5:21 pm #569668Can we see the mule?
You did a fantastic job on the resculpt! What did you use? Both my brown male & female came with chips (kinda large), but I’ve not yet been brave enough to try to fix ’em. (And then I’d have to match the paint as well…)May 3, 2007 at 6:08 pm #569669DragonsCavern wrote:LOL, I tend to ramble too. WHEW! I’m not the only rambler π
Hubby’s eyes just glaze over after a while π
Not to worry, she’ll take at least a week to finish. I about went blind the first night working on her tiny scales. One thing is for sure, I adore Windstones. They have made me a *far* better painter in a much shorter time than horses. And they are so fun. No “lines” to color in. I don’t see too many rainbow horses running around these days….miss the Wizard of Oz. π―

May 4, 2007 at 2:58 pm #569674He’s a long way from being finished. He might be bay when he’s done too. Needs at least one solid sock (DUH), and the white needs gone over about 5 more times or so, but that’s pretty much that. My ass. π
I just might name him Dragon Food now. Look what you guys did to me π―

If it helps, this is the *first* time I’ve successfully managed to make the markings turn out. Actually, it’s the second time I’ve tried, but the first time it worked. I really don’t have as steady of a hand as I’d like. Honestly, Windstones *made* me better. Seriously. All those little scales and whatnots. Never had to deal with that level of detail before, except horse eyes and hooves, but that’s a 20 min. deal each, nothing major.
May 4, 2007 at 5:27 pm #569681I am STILL jealous! π , and I still LOVE the paint job! You are awesome…I hopefully will have my refi by wed of next week, then maybe youll let me make you an offer for that Dragon your doing! π π
