*jumping in late* I usually lean toward blue eyes, but the yellow are stunning with that paint scheme, so I chose yellow. I so LURV the male/papa griffin…. You do such awesome work!

I haven’t actually asked about this…but I’m guessing I probably won’t be able to sell PYOs on ebay. 🙁 I don’t even know if I can continue doing commissions after my current list is finished up. So while I’ll work on getting some definite answers, I wouldn’t get my hopes up. 🙁 But we’ll see!

This is ABSOLUTELY a dream come true!! I’ve been staring in awe at Melody’s sculptures since I was 5 years old…and as I was into art even then (I drew on everything) what I really wanted was not to have them but to someday be able to make something like that… 🙂 I’m not a master sculpter, but painting them certainly counts for me! ^_^ It is, without a doubt, a dream come true.
Winner of the poll will be the eye colors for these guys, but that’s not to say that the green eyes, if they are the runner up, might not get their chance sometime later. 😉

LOL I know! 😀 I’m really excited to be working on these hatchers. All the smooth surfaces of the scales and the eggs make them hard to do, but they’re a TON to fun. The three that I’ve got right now probably won’t ever make it to ebay; I’m just using them for practice. But hopefully I’ll get some out there someday soon! I’ll post a couple pics of what I’m doing with the practice ones later. I haven’t finished the kinglet yet, but I’m fairly sure he’s going to be really ugly!!! 😛

Here are two tremendously ugly hatching dragons (had lots of fun with the egg shells though) and one pretty one that is too close to one of Jen’s colorations to sell (Naughty Arlla, Bad Arlla, keep track of what’s already been done! XP ) Anyway, you won’t be seeing any more of these than this – they were practice. (sorry for the creepy empty eye sockets…I didn’t have any eyes their size)
As soon as I can dig out my photo taking equipment, I can take better shots of the griffies – the mother griffin has never been my favorite, but she is workin’ these stripes. ^_^ In some ways I like how she turned out better than the male.

I looooove the momma griff best of the family! Her butt is prettily showcased! That’s the most flattering color on her yet! The whole family is stunning, but the momma especially. 😀 😀 😀 😀

XD Her butt showcases itself – that griffin has junk in the trunk! 😛 But I do agree, she shows off this color well.

The speckled egg is beautiful on the hatching empress, and she’s so pretty! and she’d match Jenn’s OW beautifully. I really like that egg though, it’s so awesome.
The kinglet…I dunno about him, there’s always that one kid in the group…you know? 😛
Your griffins are beautiful, I love the mama griffin, she’s just so lovely.

Oh, I like the hatching emp and empress! 😀 The hatching emp makes me think of a star or snow dragon (they hatch at night perhaps?) and the empress reminds me of the little pyo I painted (now owned by Pegasi 🙂 ). *grabby hands, but is thwarted by computer screen*
