Years and years ago, before I knew what Windstones were, I saw a ton of Male Dragon candles in a shop 🙄

I had a dragon candle in my house at one time that I *think* resembled either the Hatching Emperor or Hatching Empress dragon. I can’t remember for sure as it’s been nearly three years since I threw it away. The candle was a present for a friend and my son decapitated it by knocking it off the coffee table. I held on to it for a while to see if I could fix it, but nothing worked.

The candles were apparently a popular way to rip Windstones off! After all, wax is just another casting medium. 🙁

I never got the concept of cool-shaped candles, ripped off or otherwise. I mean, they’re almost too pretty to burn… hard to dust… and very fragile/easy to scuff to boot. Too bad most people won’t use that logic on the rip-off candles and move on to the real thing 😆
