I think I’ve gone blind, so excuse any spelling mistakes…. ๐Ÿ˜†

Nicely done… even if she is pink. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you, everyone. I know her paint job isn’t exactly one that appeals to the masses, haha. I just look at her… smile… and put on my shades 8)

She’s definitely an eye-catcher! I too love the idea of the plastic charms for her to hold. ๐Ÿ™‚

Here is Serendipity in all her neon glory, newly sealed and with eyes and jewel. She stands out like an explosion on my shelf, and I love her for it. Now I just need to find her something suitable to hold in her “keeping” hand.

                    SUNGLASSES… ๐Ÿ˜‰

In celebration of finding my old PYO thread (with pictures intact!) I took some shots of the PYOs I never posted here back when, and two that I just finished ๐Ÿ™‚

This is “Summer Twilight,” painted sometime in 2007.

“Calypso,” painted in 2011… I think. First time antiquing a PYO!

“Truffle,” painted sometime shortly after the Foo pups were released. I love this little guy because he was done while I was on vacation, staying with one of my best friends in New Orleans. She surprised me by ordering each of us a Foo pup and we painted them together one day.

Finished last month, and first PYO done in about 5 years – “Momiji.” Her name means ‘maple leaf’ in Japanese. The kitsunes are so much fun to paint!

Last but not least, finished last week – “James Pierre.”

This guy is a memorial piece. I got the colors and markings as close as I possibly could to James, my Maine Coon who passed away two summers ago. He was the last of my childhood fur friends and is still dearly missed.
