There are so many references to Ghostbusters on this forum – I think I need to watch it.

You should, it’s a classic. A Friday night classic, though, when you don’t want to watch something serious.
My favorite is “Important safety tip. Don’t cross the streams.” It comes up once in a while in our general conversation…
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmJuly 18, 2008 at 6:09 pm #700929I used to have Ghostbusters. Then I moved and my parents wouldn’t let me take it. 🙄 It was a very entertaining movie! 😆 I need to watch that again…

If someone asks if you are a god, you say “YES!”
July 19, 2008 at 2:50 am #700932Whenever I hear someone say “who are you gonna call….” I mentally finish the sentence with “Ghost Busters!!!” 😆
July 19, 2008 at 4:50 am #700933I saw an old station wagon about a month back, in mint green and white…
I’m sure you can all guess what I said before I erupted into laughter 😆 😉

When I used to work as an assistant, once in a while when the phone would ring non-stop, just before answering, I’d say “Ghostbusters, what do you want?” It relieves stress, you wouldn’t believe!

This was in Salem, 2 years ago I think, They had the actual Ecto 1 car, and since he was dressed for it, we took a picture, lol. Also, the song we were introduced as husband and wife at our reception was the theme from ghostbusters…lol we’re a little weird!
GB~ you have to see the movies, they’re funnyJuly 20, 2008 at 12:36 am #700936Rusti wrote:dragonmedley wrote:Greater Basilisk wrote:There are so many references to Ghostbusters on this forum – I think I need to watch it.

“Next time, Ray. If someone asks if you are a god, you say “YES!”
LOL!
That has to be one of my favorite lines of all time.

July 21, 2008 at 1:14 am #700937Every year at Comic-Con there’s a fairly large group of people–eight to twelve, generally–all dressed in Ghostbusters coveralls, packs, traps, and goggles. Some of the details that they put on their equipment are really impressive: real wiring and glass, hard plastic cases, artistic minor nicks, dings, and scorch marks. The things look like they would genuinely work! 😀 Very painstaking work, and they look fantastic wandering around the Con.
July 21, 2008 at 6:53 am #700938I see there are several Ghostbusters movies. Are the sequels worth watching?
July 21, 2008 at 9:17 am #700939for entertainment yes 🙂 those movies are children of their tine (icelandic term, hope it translates well) but they age pretty well 😀
