As you said- anyone is entitled to comment so I’m not ‘endangering’ anything when there are literally billions of internet users that could jump in and as you all say spam it at any time but somehow I’m endangering it. Yeah, ok. I’m sure I’m the onnnlly one that tells about their bad transactions and endangers the forum. So kick me off.

Thanks for the info. I’m not sure if that’s the same in all areas of Wisconsin because I just started a small claims for a burglary and it was something like $80 I can’t remember for sure. Anyhow, to me it’s worth that just to teach someone a lesson $50 is $50.

How am *I* pissing *him* off? He is the one stealing people’s money and disappearing.. I think everyone is a bit paranoid and over reactive the past few posts

Sorry, I didn’t read far enough. To start a civil action is $85, to file the action judgment if/when you win is $138… if I’m reading this right.
Edit: Nope, still wrong. $138 is if it is upgraded to a civil suit. So $85 is enough if it stays in small claims. Plus any extra docket fees, mailing, and you’d have to hire a supeona server in his city to deliver him the summons.
