Nature has her ways.I lost Kokonut less than a month now and this little wildchild found us this morning.Looks like he might be staying.
We heard it crying all day yesterday a few streets over.Such a sad sound but we thought maybe it had just been left outside.Well,I had to let my dogs out at 5:30 this morning,all came back but Bandit.I heard him raising cane at something balled up in the road so I went to check it out.It was this little starved black kitten holding his own as best he could so I picked it up,brought it into the bedroom and when I fed it it would have made you want to cry.It is so skinny and starved the little thing was grumbling the entire time it ate.He ate half a can of soft food.He was not in the slightest friendly with the dogs so I put him in a kennel on the porch for a bit.He took a good nap and when I went outside to check on him this confronted me.
he would not keep still.LOL This is a Halloween cat if ever there was one and I am not superstitious so….Help me name this spooky kitty something fitting of him.Well,I let him out,fed him again and started introducing him to the family.Here he is 5 hrs.later and completely at ease here and with the dogs, like he was born here.
I have checked out little neighborhood and noone is claiming him.Currently he is fast asleep in my lap as I am doing this.
Help me name him and the unique name I choose will get a surprise Windstone in the mail.He is black on black,not a white hair on him with yellow eyes.Have fun and looking forward to what y’all come up with.

I really like the name Grimm for the little guy!
My first thought though was Raven but if that’s too effeminate, then Corvin or Corvus, from Corvidae (the scientific family for ravens).
It looks like he has big ears, rather bat-like…so maybe Echo?
