I know Skelly was a popular GB Baby Uni, but he just didn’t turn me on; I wanted a bright one. So after a few trades, I ended up with Wolfen’s rainbow striped Baby Uni, and Skelly went to live with someone else. I am definitely thrilled with my “Feather” Poad though. This guy is really, really vibrant and is just gorgeous. I love that purple beak! He’s started me thinking about collecting fantasy Poads now too, not just the Baby Unis.
Mine came today! I really like her. I was hoping for a leaf pattern, and this one reminds me of leaves and raindrops, or dragon wings. She has magic invisible paint and little gold toenails. Her colors are hard to photograph, but she has purple, deep, deep green, lighter green and rich, dark blue all down her front. Her cape/wings/leaves are yellow/copper/orange, to red and then to violet… She has so many colors!
I doubt I’ll be trading. 🙂
I can’t find her in any of the class photos, but I think she’s at the very top of the wheel one. 🙂

Stephanie, she’s just gorgeous! I think the plus to the poads over the last batch of baby unis was that Melody had a bit broader “canvas” to work with, so to speak. 🙂 Honestly, I want them all–there hasn’t been one yet I wouldn’t mind owning.

Lokie–I’m trying not to laugh, because that’s so usually what would happen to me.
She is lovely though, and if you don’t decide to name her “Irony” and keep her, I think you’ll find her a good home with someone who has a color combo you like better.

Jolies I aggree! They are all amazing! The colors and designs are beautiful and so well done. So cute and little, my Poad needs a friend 😛

And here is my little girl. Isn´t she pretty? I so wanted a winged poad and got one with super pretty Firefly wings.
I think she has a tiny bit of color shifting paint where purple meets green. And she has gold toenails 🙂
