I’m hoping I get enough Christmas money. 🙂 Or that the BF buys me one.

I love my Kindle too and can’t put it down. I think I live in the Kindle Store on Amazon and have at least 8 books on preorder for when they are released. Nope, I’m not missing my favorite authors.

You said you found another curio cabinet at a yard sale????? Now you’re in trouble….dragon addiction time is at hand and it will be filled in no time flat…..Bwahahaha

I recently got a Nook Color as a celebration of being hired on as a contract employee at the school I’d been subbing at. LOVE it so far. Absolutely awesome and convenient.

              Big Congrats, PC!

I have an app for reading e-books on my cell phone. I love it. Now, I always have something to read while waiting in line anywhere. At the bus stop, the doctor, you name it. Or while traveling. But I still do buy paperbacks and the occasional hard bound book. Curling up on the couch with a throw over your feet, a mug of hot cider or hot chocolate, and the pets beside you is just not the same with an e-reader.

Sure it is! One of my dogs snuggles under my iPad when I read (sometimes turning the pages for me while he settles down).
                Dog on lap, check.
                Mug of tea, check.
                Blanket in the winter, check.
                iPad or Sony Reader, check.

Yup, it works just like with paper books!

yeah, I REAAAALLLY want the avenue of trees design, as well as the celtic knot design. There are so many really good looking ones though.

For me, it’s a toss between the tree of life, the Celtic hounds and the river garden. I only looked at the iPad covers, though. The selection is wider for the Nook.
