Oh poor chicken. I wonder what happened. Too many clicks or views too soon? Do you list on gaia? I read somewhere not to put your eggs there the first day as that might happen 🙁

They all grew up last n1ght 😆 I now have three more females !No, I dont list on Gaia. I had checked the clicks, etc., and all was normal for the less than 24hrs I had it. Oh well, it was bound to happen. Luckily it happened quickly before I got too attached. Thanks for your condolences though! <3
Actually, now that Ive looked more closely, yes, it seems the chicken egg was clicked almost 1000 times in less than 24 hrs. I just had to HIDE my ying yang dragon below because it said its shell was getting soft and there are TONS of clicks on it. Im very attasched to this egg cause Ive wanted a 2 color for a long time. So right now, it’s hidden for a time.
Do I lose time in life span when I hide the egg? I mean does time march on to the deadline of hatching when I hide an egg? How do I know when to unhide safely? And why do I feel like Im suddenly being sabotaged when BOTH my new eggs are in danger?
Sorry about your chicken…. I noticed that your split egg is sick as well.
Try not to overexpose your eggs in the first 24 hours. I noticed that both had too many views and not enough unique views or clicks.
That is what kills them. The imballance. I almost lost a paper egg that way. And, this is before listing it anywhere.
Good luck, if you unhide your egg and take it out of your signature it may get better. But, it’s up to you. It may get worse….. But, you need to fix the imballance somehow. If you don’t and it does happen to hatch, the hatchling will be sick as well.

Yes as far as I know the clock keeps ticking. Good news is, it usually takes only a day for the egg to get better. Still plenty of time left for it to hatch. It does seem strange that both eggs would get so many hits so fast if they are only on here. Wierd.
It IS weird cause they were both gotten less than 24 hours ago and I only post them here. That is, unless someone grabbed the code and went behind my back and posted it someplace else. But Id like not to feel that paranoid. This is the first time this has happened to me. But still strange that it happened to both the eggs I just stole yesterday.

Well, Im not so much anymore a PYT 🙁 Them be the breaks of poor health (and age though Im only 37 but watch enough reality TV for 20 something girls to be telling others my age that we are ancient hags that might as well be 80). Yea, just wait till they get into their late 30s… they just have to blink it goes that fast. And then they wont feel so old but keep cawing how young they are. If only they will remember how much the bitched about us 30 somethings when they were 20 something!

I’m not really sure. I’ve never used the fog. I would assume though that if you can still view your own egg it should tell you when it’s better.

I have not lost one yet PT and I’m not sure how all the things work. Was your egg an abandon one that was already sick??Is everyone having a very slow delayed response to the posts or is is just me?? I post but do not see the things I put in for some time
