I do not know anything about HTML. I see most codes are the same but REALLY do not have time to do a LOT of research. I’m doing most of this at work and worried I’m going ot get caught and in trouble
If I missed an egg or hatcher or duplicated one PLEASE just PM me so I can correct it. I was not on line at all on Sunday and had almost a dozen messages so I hope I did everything correctlyMay 12, 2008 at 6:04 pm #677736Hmm so I tried to kill my first egg thinking maybe I could do the revival thing. Well it said ‘irreversible except for reviving’. Well under ‘actions’ revive isn’t an option! Oh well. I chose that one because I had two of that color and one adult like that and can always get another 🙁
May 12, 2008 at 6:04 pm #677737Thanks, DM! Please don’t get in trouble at work on our behalf!!

You can’t revive eggs. Only hatchlings/adults. If you kill an egg (depending on how close it was to hatching) you have a chance to catch the hatchling or it can escape or you end with just a dead egg.
Oh and in regards to all the boxes with a red x in them right now. Supposedly this is the message on the dragon cave’s front page, but since I can’t even get the page to load I can’t confrim it. I copied it from a post on the dragon cave forum.
Quote:Sorry, but it seems as though this server is inadequate. In less than half of the month the site has used 80% of it’s allocated bandwidth, and it’s been a constant struggle trying to manage to keep the site running without hitting the RAM limit. So, I’m working on moving the site to a server with over 2x the RAM and 6x the bandwidth. Hopefully it won’t take long, and I’ll see what I can do about preventing your dragons from dying.

Here’s the message when you try to connect

May 12, 2008 at 8:57 pm #677740So we can’t click eggs at all or we just can’t get new ones? I hope they don’t all die! 🙁
May 12, 2008 at 9:04 pm #677741May 12, 2008 at 9:51 pm #677742The site is down. You cannot access the eggs, hatchlings, and/or dragons in any way shape or form. :/

Per TJ (the creator) on the Dragon Cave Forum
Quote:Your eggs, and hatchlings will NOT die. They will receive a time extension equal to the amount of time that the site is down.

May 13, 2008 at 3:19 am #677747I’m glad myself. I hate to see the sad little broken eggs and tombstones. 🙁
Hopefully the new server will be up and running soon. No real update on the server migration just yet.
May 13, 2008 at 2:09 pm #677748Do we know if we’re talking a few days, weeks, a month..?
May 13, 2008 at 6:22 pm #677749I’m glad to find out it wasn’t just me OR my computer. 😛 I kind of miss them. Go figure….
