Thank You all for the complements. I really appreciate it and I intend to continue to paint more. I love doing this and it is quickly becoming a passion. I dream in Ki-Rin and Keeper colors now!!! HEHE 🙂
April 5, 2012 at 4:09 pm #877818Here is “Mystique”!
Her colors are blue, silver and purple and she is antiqued white and she has rose and amethyst Swarovski gems on tail and legs. She shifts color beautifully in the sunlight. I made her Keep out of a piece of sea shell and beads. Her eyes are custom made pink/mauve snake skin by dreaming tree studios. Silver horns, claws and detailing. (I need to take better pictures of her but we have crappy weather right now)This is “Kimbree”
Her scales are pink, mauve, and black/russet with violet interference. She is overall antiqued with mauve and has amethyst gems on tail and legs. I made her keep out of a turquoise gem with turquoise shell beads to complement her eye color. Her horns, claws and details are done in crackled aluminum. (again need to take better pictures)Thanks for looking. I know that I do unconventional colors but I am an unconventional kind of person!! 🙂 I like to live outsided the box so to speak! HEHE I do what inspires me and I really like “Different”.

May 8, 2012 at 4:56 pm #880050Here is a Ki-Rin that I did for my mom for mothers day!! She collects these Sarah’s Angels and I wanted to do a Ki-Rin in a similar color scheme for her. It has no name but the tilte of Mothers Day!
This Sm Dragon is named “Oomanna” and it is painted in a color scheme based off of an Australian Aboriginal painting that my sister got for me. The painting is in the fist 2 pics with the dragon. I know most people probably won’t like this one but…….oh well…..I love it!!
Here is Oomanna….
