Daydreamer, please excuse my ignorance 😳 are there any guidelines that need to be followed? Like size or media used? and what do the acronyms stand for? 😳 I think I know but want to make sure… sorry i’m such a dweeb…

No worries!! I was completely unaware of these things six months ago! We all start somewhere 🙂 The ONLY thing rock solid requirement is that it MUST be 2.5″x3.5″ and is open to any sort of medium you like, pencil, pen, acrylic, oil, watercolor, collage, mixed media… whatever. I’ve even heard of people using clay. It just must fit within the size. My first post has some other details, I think. The acronyms are ATC which stands for Artist Trading Cards and ACEO stands for Art Cards Editions and Originals…. they’re sometimes used interchangeably, but ATCs are meant to be traded (which we are doing here) and ACEOs are meant to be sold and can be prints. ATCs should ALWAYS be original works of art. I put both in the post subject in case people were familiar with only one or the other… essentially the same things.

If anyone needs blanks let me know. I bought some, even though I can’t draw to save my live. 😀 I even bought some plastic sleeves to go with them as well. The blanks I have are smooth surface Bristol Artist Trading Cards. It was only $2.50 for 20 sheets.
How’s everyone doing? I’ve got lines done…hoping to get the rest done right after Halloween. I’m excited!
I have two completed, one sketched (Which may just be left as a sketch, because I like it that way).
Project #1 takes priority, but that’s going to be done this weekend. I will then spend all my time on the cards. They’ll get done. 🙂 I have ideas. I just need to make ’em happen. 🙂
