Wow. I really want to email him and tell him it’s a freaking peacock and that he’s a lier. But I doubt even if 30 of us said the same thing he’s probably too “proud” or head-strong to admit he’s wrong =/ Idiot…
😆 That almost sounds like my boyfriend. 😉
September 12, 2007 at 9:18 pm #615146Just for of curosity sake I sent that person the same message and here is his/her reply. I thought it was funny. I also listed him on my ebay favorites with a note “Do Not Buy From This Guy”
“Dear darjeb,
“It is the same as listed on the actual website. But Please do utilize this information and write your own ad.

I got the same message when I sent him other auctions that had their’s listed correctly. He’s a real winner.
September 13, 2007 at 8:54 pm #615148This guy is really something else. I just can’t get over his attitude after all the emails he got.
Like I said before’his loss’.
We all tried to help him but oviously he thinks he is above us.September 13, 2007 at 11:55 pm #615149I nice and politely told the same seller about the same piece, that he had a retired peacock young he was selling and not an emerald peacock. He came back at me with one of the rudest messages on eBay Ive ever gotten. ‘Scuse me for trying to help you, ya shmoe. He is simply a rude and bitter seller. Go on, let someone buy it and find out it is not the piece advertised in auction. Hopefully theyll take him down (or make proper complaint) that he falsely advertised. Obviously Im not the only one that tried to be nice and tell him that the piece was simply peacock (which isnt a bad thing). Took my head off he did. Screw him. 🙄
September 14, 2007 at 1:06 am #615150Wow, what a jerk. What really messes with my head is that you are really trying to help him! He would get more for a retired piece than one that’s currently in production. Man, some people just can’t stand to be corrected 🙄
September 14, 2007 at 3:00 am #615151Oh, wow…he has issues! 😯 😯 😯
September 14, 2007 at 3:19 am #615152Here is another retired peacock but different seller:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Windstone-editions-M-Pena-1984-violet-young-dragon_W0QQitemZ260160076418QQihZ016QQcategoryZ35873QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
I already emailed the seller about the description.
😕 Yes I know I said I would not help anybody anymore but I just can’t help it, it’s in my nature. 🙄 😆September 14, 2007 at 3:24 am #615153From the text on the auction, it looks like he convinced that he has the right description. I think all the messages trying to set him right has made him downright defiant. 😀

I hope this applies for the first seller mentioned in this post…I just send one more from a different seller and I have not heard from him yet. Just want to make sure this second seller does not get judged falsely before he has a chance to reply.
Thank youSeptember 14, 2007 at 7:12 am #615155Maybe we should all message him on the same day.
September 14, 2007 at 4:07 pm #615156Maybe his head will explode from all the attempts to correct his obviously superior intellect 😆
September 15, 2007 at 6:20 am #615157Sometimes it is just fun to play though Im giving good advice. If he wasnt so rude, Id not have fun toying with him. He wrote me back after I wrote him back saying there was no need to be nasty to someone trying to help you.
He told me to get a life and friends and get off the computer cause I was a git and a loser and should play in traffic.
I really hope no one bids on that piece cause I want to see him relist it with the proper title. I think the funny idea was said by someone here to all ebay mail him at once and flood his box all just saying something simple such as “this is a retired young peacock dragon and not an emerald peacock young dragon. Your description is wrong.”
Something that short and simple, and to have it come in mass into his inbox would be hysterical if we can get ppl to do it atthe same time. But Im tired & punchy. Id never do something like that to someone who was nice! And, the few ppl I have helped and corrected have always been so thankful. Hopefully we’ll see what karma does. Im half tempted to buy it and report to eBay that is was a false description in color and not what I wanted. But with the move, my accounts are slumbering right now.
I can see how rude he’s been to ppl here; pathetic puppy.
September 15, 2007 at 9:25 am #615158I told them: This is emerald peacock: http://www.magicalomaha.com/petpics/empeayoun.jpg
Yours is peacock. No one who knows Windstones told you that was emerald peacock. Peacock is retired so really, you are selling yourself short. I think I did it just to irritate him. 😆
September 15, 2007 at 3:58 pm #615159has any one told him the distinct differences between the two? i.e. the turquoise and green spotted scales on the belly and the legs for the true peacock, and the jem color?
