I thought it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to the “Heck Yeah!” moments in our lives… However fleeting the moment lasts, I think it would be fun to hear everyone cheer for each other!
I’ve had several Heck Yeah moments in the last week and am estatic!1. I got confirmation that my Welsh mare Silhouette IS pregnant and is due Feb. 28th! I am so excited for this baby! Heck Yeah!
2. After having a co-worker totally fail his portion of an audit that meant a ton of $$ for the company, I was able to redo everything and pass the audit myself! Heck Yeah!
3. My kids are getting all As and Bs on their progress reports! Heck Yeah!Now I have to go post in the Whine thread… 😀
I like the idea of a “Heck Yeah!” thread.
My “Heck Yeah!”? I got called for a second interview for a job (it might only be data entry, but it’s something I can do until something better comes along…and I could possibly have benefits, meaning insurance which I am currently without due to the divorce being finalized).

Sean runs at District Cross Country Meet tomorrow afternoon – the only Freshman on the Varsity Team – Heck Yeah!
Ethan was the only Freshman to Ace the Ancient Greek History exam – Heck Yeah!

I started my job as a clerk and am now… Well who knows what I am, but have been here 15 years now and have moved up to program managment of sorts. Good luck and congrats!

Yesterday my boss (and he’s the President of the company) asked me to figure out how to do this one thing in this computer program called ESC. He came back in my office later and asked me if I figured it out. I told him yes, and he smiled and said “:) I knew you could.” 😀 😀 -Heck yeah!
I got an 83 on my Interpersonal Comunications midterm that I didnt study one lick for and the girl next to me was happy about a 77. -Heck yeah!
AND I will be able to pay off my car by or before April of 2011 which is 15 months ahead of schedule. I am so thrilled to NOT have a huge car payment every month -awaiting in my near future. -HECK yeah!!
It was my brother’s fiance’s B-Day last night, and we celebrated with Carvel Ice Cream Cake. And then she left it in my freezer! I ate ice cream cake for breakfast! :yum: Heck Yeah!
