For all of you movie lovers out there, I must say that this has got to be the best movie I have ever seen. I saw it for the first time friday at an IMAX theater and was absolutely amazed! I was telling my friends at work about the movie and all of the people who brought their dogs in that I took care of today. After telling people at work about it, I ended up taking one of them tonight to see it! 😆
If I could, I would go see this movie ever night until it is taken out of the theaters. However, I can’t help but almost shed tears after the movie because of Heath Ledger’s death. The fact that his performance in this movie was so amazing and that it was his last really gets to me. My husband and I were discussing after leaving the movies friday that if they were to do another batman movie with the joker in it, I doubt that they will be able to find someone who could do such a fantastic job (I’m sure there is someone, but currently I’m not sure).
To me, seeing this movie once wasn’t enough, clearly. But I urge everyone to go see it who hasn’t already. Not sure if everyone will share the same views as me, but hey, we are all entitled to have our own opinions. 🙂
So go see it! And then see it again!!! 😀 😆

Everyone keeps telling me how good this movie is, but I just haven’t had time to go and see it! I’m going to have to tell everybody to buzz off Friday afternoon and just go see it by myself instead of waiting for a movie buddy, I guess.
I’ll have to go see it one day…does it look stupid if you show up at a movie by yourself?

Engaged to a WeaselBatman Begins raised the bar. This? Blew the bar out of the water.
Admittedly, I didn’t think it lived up to all the hype – I saw one review that called it a life-changing experience, which, well, was just a leetle over the top – but I thought it was a fantastic film. Heath Ledger was absolutely the best Joker I could possibly imagine.
I could see them making a solid Batman film with, perhaps the Riddler. But I don’t think they could bring back the Joker easily, if at all. Not without making it blatantly obvious that they can’t live up to Ledger’s attempt!
I keep hearing great things about this movie. I have also had no time to do anything lately, but I do intend to see it next week on one of my off days. 😀
I loved Batman Begins, so am really looking forward to the new one.It was amazing, and we’re taking my hubby’s son when he’s here next week. He’s 16. Think it’s a little too much for the 13 year old step-daughter because Joker’s twisted beyond belief! Don’t thinke she would sit through it.
We will probably go several more times while it’s on the big screen–it’s well worth it!
Just make sure you go to the bathroom right before the movie begins because it’s almost 3 hours long. If you leave, you will definitely miss something vital… 😯
The joker is an amazing character though. Maybe it’s because I like the rough ones but I think the joker character is kind of attractive in that crazy, chaotic sort of way. Not the actor. The character. If that makes it any easier to understand.

Engaged to a WeaselHA!!! no not me. I don’t think I’d look to good in those tights. very uncomfy looking. but, that’s not to say that if the joker was a real person, like out and about right now, i wouldn’t mind shaking his had, saying “nice to meet you and by the way are you single?” 😉 😈
