The reason there weren’t any albino male kirins to match the momma and babies was the horn issue. Do you have enough horns to do a batch of albino males? I’ve been holding off on the albino kirins mostly because the male is my favorite and I’d hate to see mamma kirin as a single mother with 2 babies 😉

I second the need for albino baby kirins to have a father.

The kirin horns are different from the other horns we make… making them is more difficult. I don’t know if any progress has been made on casting more of them.
I was considering re-sculpting the horn to be forked, since people seem to like forked horns better.

No!!! I love the elegance of the single branch ki-rin horn. Please don’t change it unless you have to for production purposes….

Yeah I like that smooth horn myself too on the family. Plus, mom and babies have a smooth horn, papa needs a smooth horn too 🙂

Oh! Please don’t change the horn.
As others have mentioned, I prefer the glorious sweep of the original.
No forks, please. It upsets my ocd 😉 not to mention the balance of the family.
Major squeaking for blue eyes.

while we are on the topic of kirins and horns…could we see some kind of blue ice, black glitter, black autumn…SOMETHING with a silver horn as LP? Or are you saying you have a shortage of kirin horns, period?

I think the forked horn would be interesting myself. Reminiscent of a male deer’s elaborate rack while the females have something simpler. But I understand that several of the collectors who already have collections started would be upset not to have a male with a matching horn.

You could always do a poll to see what would be more popular.

I’m with prezaurian on the forked horn idea (ducks behind monitor, for people throwing their coffee mugs, lol)…I get wanting the match families…but the male should have something more masculine…something that says “Look at me! I’m the king of this joint” lol
