I was too late to get the Metallic Blue one, but just got my Butternut one today. I just love him… he is sooooo cute!!! I would really love to have the metallic blue one though. He looks so pretty with those blue eyes. If you’re able to find the other half of the batch, when do you think you’ll make them available to us?

Yes, it’s already crossed my mind to buy a few dragons. But I keep reminding myself that I need to save my money for more Poads. I’m currently in the process of selling the rest of my model horse collection to fund my Windstone purchases! Oh, how I hope there will be more Poads! 😀

We can give it a shot! But I think I’d be happy with any different metallic one that she may offer. All those test Paods are so cute…. I would like to have one in every color! Yeah, I know! I was just too late at discovering the Poads. I will not be late for the next metallic one though. I am patiently waiting ready to buy! Hey, is it really weird to have a dream about Poads? 😕

I don’t think Melody is going to make another batch of the metallic blue Poads. I actually e-mailed Windstone customer service the other day asking if anymore would be made. Susie e-mailed me back saying that she doesn’t think there will be anymore of those ones made, but some different colors will be done. So, I think I’m SOL on the metallic blue Poad 😥

My husband and I just took a little roadtrip to Savannah last weekend. It’s such a charming town! We’ll be going back again later in the year, when it isn’t so darn hot and we can actually enjoy being outside!

Oh yeah? I work in the Alpharetta area, which is like right next to Roswell. I moved here from Pittsburgh, PA a little over a year ago… and love it so far. It’s a bigger, nicer city, with much more to do. But I will always be a Steeler’s fan though (hope I don’t regret saying that here!)

I had several. Let me think if I can remember them all now… I did have an old Brown Male Dragon, a White Fledgling and a Ruby Fledgling, ummmmm… oh, a baby peacock oriental dragon, and a Black/Gold Mother. There were probably a couple others, I just can’t think of them now though. I think my favorite was the little white fledgling though… he was sooooo cute, and I kinda regret selling him 😥

That is probably the case. I always loved horses… especially the Breyer models. But discovered Peter Stone models and got hooked on them. But, now that I have discovered the Poads, I may end up getting rid of all my horses to make room for hopefully a large family of the Poads! 😀
Yeah, I sure do hope another metallic type Poad is made SOON 😯 ! I saw that Melody was taking a poll a few days ago on which one everyone would like to see next. I would love to have that black guy with the white blaze, and metallic blue barring on his back. I also really like that white one with the silver/gray barring… But, they’re all cute… I would like to have ALL of them!!!
This is true that both cost money (more than my husband approves of- LOL)!, and you can become easily addicted to both as well!
Oh, well I guess I there are some out there who don’t love them. Just figured everyone did after reading the feedback when they were introduced by Melody. Maybe I just like them so much because they have a birdie face. I’m a bird lover/watcher… so that may be it. Who knows… they are unique though that’s for sure!

I just joined this evening! I’m an old, but new collector… I can explain! I did have a nice collection of Windstone dragons, but stupidly sold them all a few years ago to start collecting model horses…(I know, I know…really no connection). But I think I’m back to Windstone all because of the Poad! I just ordered my first (Butternut) Poad yesterday… and can’t wait to get him! I unfortunately missed out on the metallic blue one though. I posted a want ad for this guy in the Flea Market. I’m sure nobody will want to part with theirs, but in case anyone does…. please talk to me!!!!
Anyway, hello again to all the great Windstone collectors out there. I’m hooked again! 😀
