I just wanted to say thank you again Whippet! I love this new siggie. The mountains behind the griffins are really cool – just like Colorado. Thank you so much!
Yeah, I was expecting $100.00 too. I think that was because the piece looks similar in form to the fledgling and those were $100.00.
Cool. Glad you finally found one Frozen!
Never mind…
It did come up. I guess I just needed to actually post.
How did you do it? I’m getting pretty frustrated here…
AAAHHH!
I think that you can just make changes to it and hit submit. However, that didn’t work when I tried to change my email address. So that’s still wrong.
I can’t seem to go back far enough to quote the entry with my picture. Plus, I’m not even quite sure how to quote someone.
Man, I’m sure this isn’t hard. I can be such a dork sometimes.
Yay! Thank you Whippet! I love it! Does anyone know how to add these to your signature! Thank you again Whippet!
Arlla, I don’t mind you using it as wall paper. I just want to be able to get it on my signature!
Sorry Frozen, but I don’t think that I’ve seen a young ruby oriental. However, if I come across one, I’ll let you know.
Where are you now Frozen?
I’m not sure what’s in Denver. Windstone shopping is pretty good here in the Springs. We’ve got two local retailers. (Too much to buy, not enough money!)
If I read the auction right, they were $60. Melody posted that we could call and preorder them. However, by the time I noticed, it was too late to call. I’m going to try tomorrow.
Hello! I’m not exactly new, but I was wondering if you could make me one with some wolf colored griffins on it. I think I’m going to get lost among all of the other pictures! Thank you!
Wow! They went quickly!
Out of curiosity, would I be able to call and place an order for a griffin chick tomorrow morning? I think it’s too late for me to call now.
Dragonkeeper, you are one of very, very few sellers that I have bought Windstones from that is honest about the conditions of the pieces and can get them to me without damage. Thank you!
Now, hopefully, I won’t get ripped for saying this…
I don’t think that there is anything wrong with BT buying a retired piece for resale if he gets to it first. I have seen a lot of forum members do the same thing with limited production pieces. (I am still waiting to see if there will be more russet curled dragons. They were gone before I even came home from work!) I personally won’t go and buy peices for resale because I really not running a business or trying to make money off of them. I’m just a collector. However, I do understand that other people are. I’m more than happy to post about Windstone finds when I find them, but after that, I think that it’s just first come first served.
Please understand that this is my opinion and I do not mean to offend anyone at all.
I haven’t seen a green mother dragon with blue eyes, but I did see a green male dragon with blue eyes several months back on ebay.
Well, I do know that there appear to be two somewhat different versions of the old green. I have the male that I was talking about earlier and a female that has different shades of green than the male. I wish that I had a camera to take picture of them for you. I believe someone had taken pictures of the two different shades of green, but I’m not sure where that post is. There also was some difference between older and newer browns. I’m not sure how this difference would have been applied to the hatchlings. I don’t own any of the old green or brown ones, so I don’t really know.
