My dad showed up at my house today with a little box in his hands. It had the Windstone stamp on it!! I almost fainted when I opened it!!
Other than Hot Dog, I never saw one with doodles on it! I had to go back and look at the blog photo because I didn’t remember seeing him. He’s tranquil and chaotic all at the same time. :bigsmile: He’s just amazing, I feel very fortunate to actually have one from this batch. I don’t think I’d trade him, except for maybe the demon-hades-skelly-corn…maybe.ROFL! I was just telling my hubby about some of these unis while I’m cooking dinner, and my 3-year-old said, “uniCORNS? I wanna eat one too!”. :bigsmile:

I agreee, skeeterdeee. I would love for both of us to get a pebble–there were only two of us. What are the odds of anyone guessing right on?

It was like black friday at the Windstone Store!!!! I clicked “add to cart” and kept getting a screen that said something about reaching capacity, try again later. I think I had a mild heart attack :tired:
It’s also a possibility that the person who WAS a bad sport didnt or doesnt participate in quests at all? So that wouldnt exactly work if that was the case.

Another possible solution is people who harass the winners could be banned from the Quests…
Is that a possibility? I think that sounds like a pretty good idea. If someone is going to be a bad sport, maybe they should be disqualified from playing in future fun games. It may help people to think twice before they say anything hurtful to the other participants.
I sent a “If you’d rather have a…I’d be very happy to trade…” message to a pebble winner. It’s never bugged me to receive those kind of messages. How is someone supposed to know you would really like something unless you make it known? But there’s no reason to be mean, pushy, and insulting when you get a “no”. I’m sad to hear that it happened, drag0n. I admit, I was kinda afraid to post pics of Tesla because I knew there were a lot of us hoping for him. After I posted the pics, I got a trade offer on him that I didn’t accept. I got a very polite “that’s okay, keep me in mind” message in response. I saved the PM, if I ever have to part with him she will be the first person I contact. That’s the way I think it should go. A little kindness goes a long way and will be remembered. Always remember: You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. <3 **snuggle hugs**

I have! I placed two orders with them. The first order was a couple of stone finish pieces that were packed perfectly and smelled of incense (they came with some free sticks of incense, too!). The second order I placed was for a griffy chick. When they went to pack it up they noticed it had some chips, so they emailed me to let me know before they packed it up. I had a great experience with them (and can’t beat the free shipping either!). 🙂
I voted for Hades, but what I would really love to see are more of the Serpentine with some red on it, like that one male dragon. I can’t seem to find his picture at the moment.
I don’t know SkeeterDee – it could be in the afternoon tomorrow… that seems unlikely, but I really have NO idea when they’ll be ready until Melody is through prettying them up and Chessie has given them clean bills of health. Remember we are Pacific Standard Time – that makes a difference too!
Tomorrow afternoon for you guys is tomorrow evening for me. 🙂
