Took him outside since it was a gorgeous day and took some better pictures of him. He looks so much brighter out in the sun =D
Gorgosaurus and Daspleteosaurus were both tyrannosaurs that lived in the same environment. THey were believed to eat different types of prey, but to my mind they’d probably eat anything they could get.
This is my idea of a encounter between the two, a Daspleteosaurus confronting a piebald [because I could] Gorgosaurus who had taken down a already injured and weakened Styracosaurus, not its usual kind of prey but it was a opportunity.
I plan to use this illustration in one of my work in progress books about theropods.
Finished Andromar! now to save up for a month before I can buy another dragon, this time using my dragon Adonis for the color scheme =D he’s mostly blues and greens, should be lovely.
I’m sorry for the picture quality, my camera really has a hard time picking up detail in pictures….

Sirithiliel, I tried to get breed you a seasonal but they aren’t cooperating. I even tried my breeding project ones and even with over 30 dragon not a single egg. All my seasonals are either CB or PB. I can try again next week if you want.
I’d greatly appreciate it and would be willing to breed you whatever you wanted off my own list =D

So they are out there, I am not out to trade this one though, since I need CB springs yet 😉thanks. I’ll keep trying for one. my two seasonal ones have terrible lineages and I really dont’ want to breed them, so I’ll just keep checking in.
Isn’t there a new seasonal dragon? i’ve yet to see one in Abandoned pile or find one in the cave, and my two wouldn’t breed =/ I’d be willing to breed a egg from any on my list if someone wants to trade me one!
That sounds awesome, but I also won’t be going on eBay. They get far too expensive on there for me. Such lovely color schemes though!

Thanks, I’ve always liked the blue-purple-red-gold look and jumped at the chance to paint my first PYO dragon in that color scheme =)

The camera definitely doesn’t do him justice. the purple that is between the blue spine colors and the red main color looks far more dull than it really is, and the very center of each back scale is a iridescent green that isn’t showing up on camera…=/
