I haven’t gotten my PYO in the mail yet sadly… but that’s okay since I still have to practice some of the wonderful painting tips from your comment! I had gotten some pearl acrylic paints that I thought would look pretty but when I was testing them out they didn’t have any rich darker colors to them and I couldn’t figure out how to blend them the right way, I was going to try painting the pearl over a dark acrylic in the same color and see what that might look like? I will also just have to play around with it until I get a desired effect.
Where would be the best place to get interference paint? Could I get it at my local craft store?
I will make sure to post pictures of him when he’s finished!

Hello Hanna, I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of paint your using? I’m getting my very first PYO and I am TERRIFIED that I will make it ugly with the wrong kind of paints! I love how your PYOs have a slight sparkle to them and the colors are so well blended. Are there any tips you could give to a first time painter???
